淺談院前急救中的急救護理

【摘 要】 目的：院前急救護理工作是急救醫學的重要組成部分，是對突發急危重癥和遭受意外傷害患者實施現場急救。方法：院前急救護理人員在急救管理、組織協調、后勤保障、有效救治、安全轉運等多項工作中起著舉足輕重的作用。結果：在院前急救護理工作中，急救護理人員除了要具備較強的專業理論知識及嫻熟的操作技能外，還要具備愛心、責任心、嚴謹的工作態度、快速的反應能力和較強的語言溝通能力，以及強烈團隊精神。結論：在實施的救護過程中，急救護理人員發揮著不可替代的作用。隨著醫學模式的不斷發展，院前急救工作已從單純的搬運模式轉變為集救治監護為一體的院前急救模式。

【Abstract】 Objective To pre-hospital emergency care work is an important part of emergency medicine，is for emergency and critical patients suffers accident harm to patients with emergency on site.Methods pre-hospital first aid nurses in emergency management，organization and coordination， logistics，effective treatment，safe transport work plays an important role.Results in pre-hospital emergency nursing， emergency nursing staff in addition to have the stronger professional theory knowledge and skilled operation skills， but also has the compassion，the sense of responsibility and the rigorous work attitude，quick reaction ability and strong language communication ability，and strong team spirit.Conclusion in the process of implementation of rescue， emergency nursing staff play an irreplaceable role.With the continuous development of medical model，the work is from pure pre-hospital emergency handling mode into a set of treatment monitoring for the integration of pre-hospital emergency mode.

院前急救是針對發生在醫院外的醫療活動，院前急救的目的在于在急、危、重癥患者的發病初期就給予及時有效的現場救治，可使之迅速脫離危險，給予基礎生命支持，并快速護送到醫院進行進一步治療[1]，為院內治療贏得時間，延長生命的醫療過程。隨著社會的進步，醫學事業的快速發展，院前急救已越來越受到社會和全民的廣泛重視，院前急救護理人員只有不斷努力進取，才能適應醫學快速發展的需求，才能在院前急救工作中發揮更好的作用。現就急救護理人員在院前急救中如何發揮作用進行探討：

1 院前急救護理管理的作用

1.1 樹立急救意識 院前急救體現一個“急”字，急救護理人員要牢固樹立“鈴聲就是命令、時間就是生命”的急救意識，盡量縮短從電話接警到到達搶救現場的時間。……
