2012年“中國(guó)十大并購(gòu)”評(píng)選揭曉

Co-sponsored by China Mergers and Acquisitions Association， Global MA Research Center， and China Mergers and Acquisitions Network， 2012 China MA Top 10 Deals Dealmakers selection results are announced. Wang Dongming， Jack Ma， Wang Jianlin topped the 2012 China MA Top 10 Dealmakers list， while events with symbolic significance such as the acquisition of U.S. AMC by Wanda Group， the merger of Youku and Tudou， and the acquisition of CLSA by CITIC Securities were selected as 2012 China MA Top 10 Events.

China MA Top 10 Deals and Dealmakers selection has been successfully held for 12 years. The selection includes almost all influential figures and ground-breaking focal points and hot events of the year in China’s MA field. The selection results as well as MA industry development trends demonstrated by the selection have attracted much attention from the industry and the economic fields， both at home and abroad. Through years of accumulation and precipitation， the visibility， influence and authority of the China MA Top Ten Deals and Dealmakers are getting more mature and powerful. The selection has been a positive impetus to the gradual standardization and maturity of Chinese MA market， and the process of globalization of Chinese enterprises.

由中國(guó)并購(gòu)公會(huì)、全球并購(gòu)研究中心、中國(guó)并購(gòu)交易網(wǎng)共同主辦的2012年“中國(guó)十大并購(gòu)”評(píng)選活動(dòng)揭曉。包括王東明、馬云、王健林等榮登“2012中國(guó)十大并購(gòu)人物”榜單，萬達(dá)集團(tuán)并購(gòu)美國(guó)AMC、優(yōu)酷土豆合并、中信證券收購(gòu)里昂證券等具有標(biāo)志性意義的事件獲選“2012中國(guó)十大并購(gòu)事件”。

“中國(guó)十大并購(gòu)”評(píng)選活動(dòng)已連續(xù)成功舉辦了12年，評(píng)選將中國(guó)并購(gòu)領(lǐng)域的年度風(fēng)云人物和極具震撼力的焦點(diǎn)、熱點(diǎn)事件幾乎全部網(wǎng)羅其中，評(píng)選結(jié)果以及其展現(xiàn)的并購(gòu)行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)備受業(yè)界和海內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)界所關(guān)注。經(jīng)過多年的積累和沉淀，“中國(guó)十大并購(gòu)”評(píng)選活動(dòng)的知名度、影響力與權(quán)威性日臻成熟和強(qiáng)大，對(duì)中國(guó)并購(gòu)市場(chǎng)逐漸走向規(guī)范、成熟，對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)的全球化進(jìn)程起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用。

本屆評(píng)選繼續(xù)秉承公平、公信、公正的原則，以專業(yè)的角度和權(quán)威的評(píng)判，根據(jù)開創(chuàng)性、責(zé)任感、影響力、推動(dòng)力、陽光并購(gòu)等一級(jí)指標(biāo)以及創(chuàng)新精神、社會(huì)責(zé)任、行業(yè)發(fā)展、社會(huì)影響、價(jià)值創(chuàng)造等二級(jí)指標(biāo)，經(jīng)過社會(huì)征集、提名篩選、評(píng)委會(huì)審評(píng)等方式，最終選出“2012中國(guó)十大并購(gòu)人物”和“2012中國(guó)十大并購(gòu)事件”。
