摘 要: 研究設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于單片機(jī)與GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)的水文信息遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)管理系統(tǒng),利用GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)的短消息業(yè)務(wù)來(lái)完成水位、溫度等參數(shù)的無(wú)線、遠(yuǎn)程和實(shí)時(shí)傳輸,實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)量結(jié)果的計(jì)算機(jī)管理,測(cè)量精度高。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際使用證明,系統(tǒng)具有較高的穩(wěn)定性與實(shí)用性,從而為科學(xué)開(kāi)發(fā)和合理利用地下水資源、有效地預(yù)防地面沉降及地裂縫的發(fā)展和政府決策提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。

GPRS?based remote monitoring system for hydrographic information

Abstract: A remote monitoring and management system for hydrographic information was designed in this study, which is based on SCM and GPRS network. The wireless remote and real?time transmission of the ghydrographic information, temperature and water level parameters are completed by the short message service of GPRS networks. It can realize the high?accuracy measurement and computer management of the measured results. The practical application shows that the system has high stability and applicability, can provide a scientific basis for the scientific development and rational use of groundwater resources, effective prevention of the land subsidence and ground fissures, and government decision?making.

0 引 言
水文信息是衡量水資源的重要指標(biāo),其中地下水位的變化與地下水的開(kāi)采量和地面沉降有著密切的關(guān)系,對(duì)控制地面沉降具有重要的意義。傳統(tǒng)的水文監(jiān)測(cè)主要依靠人工、半人工的監(jiān)測(cè)手段,造成了工作量大、效率低、數(shù)據(jù)處理繁雜易錯(cuò)、信息傳輸時(shí)效性差等問(wèn)題,既不適應(yīng)信息化的發(fā)展,又不能滿足現(xiàn)代化管理的需要。而且勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度也很大,測(cè)量精度無(wú)法保障,尤其是監(jiān)測(cè)一些地理位置比較偏遠(yuǎn)或分散的監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn),工作難度更大。為了合理利用水資源,充分了解各個(gè)流域水資源的狀況,實(shí)現(xiàn)水文信息的自動(dòng)化監(jiān)測(cè)及遠(yuǎn)程管理,合理利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、高精度的測(cè)量?jī)x器、公眾通信平臺(tái)等工具,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)水文信息的遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)同步動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)有重要意義。
隨著無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)信息化進(jìn)程不斷推進(jìn),各行各業(yè)對(duì)信息化要求也越來(lái)越高,在對(duì)信息化的認(rèn)識(shí)上,從先前單純的數(shù)字化提升到數(shù)字化與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、無(wú)線化相統(tǒng)一的高度?!?br>
