摘 要: 針對面向電子裝備戰斗操作訓練和技術維修訓練的模擬器,研究機理模型建模問題。首先總結了當前主要的建模方法,進而根據模塊化思想,提出了基于信號流程建立電子裝備的機理模型,共分為裝備分解,提取信號流程圖、建立子模型、建立完整機理模型等四個步驟。闡明了建模過程,重點介紹了如何構建子模型和完整模型。討論了模型的時間管理機制,多分辨率建模等問題,分析了該方法在故障建模中的應用,并提出了一個三級分辨率的機理模型體系。該方法的創新點包括:通過調整模型分辨率,可以兼容其他主要建模方法;同時能有效解決故障裝備機理建模的問題。分析表明,該方法可以滿足當前模擬器在各個層次上對機理模型的需求。

Method of electronic equipment mechanism modeling based on signal?flow

Abstract: Aiming at the electronic equipment simulator, the mechanism modeling method is researched. The main modeling methods are summarized. The electronic equipment mechanism model based on signal flow is proposed according to the modular modeling theory, which includes four steps: equipment decomposition, signal flow chart extraction, sub?model establishment and complete model establishment. The modeling process is introduced. The sub?models and the structure of the complete model are introduced emphatically. The multi?resolution modeling (MRM) and time management mechanism of the model are discussed. The application of this new method in the fault modeling is analyzed. A mechanism modeling system with 3?level?resolution is put forward. The innovations include: the method is compatible with other modeling methods by adjusting the resolution, and it is an ution to the problem of fault equipment modeling can be solved effectively. Analysis result shows that proposed method can meet the demands of mechanism model for simulators at different levels.

引 言
武器裝備模擬器的研究應用范圍已經從傳統的操作訓練擴展到維修訓練和裝備教學,虛擬維修受到普遍重視。從國內外的研究成果看,對虛擬維修的研究集中在維修過程中如何應用VR技術解決裝備的虛擬裝配,拆卸等機械問題[1?5]。
但是,隨著武器裝備技術含量的飛速提升,電子部件大量使用,電子裝備的故障診斷、故障排除成為虛擬維修中新的研究方向。仿真技術在滲透于武器裝備全生命周期的同時,也逐漸涵蓋裝備的各種物理屬性。VR技術解決的只是故障現象,維修動作,維修環境和機械結構等問題,遠沒有觸及電氣故障機理的實質。……
