西瓜同工酶和分子標(biāo)記基因包括順烏頭酸酶2個(gè)、乙醇脫氫酶5個(gè)、酸性磷酸酶3個(gè)、酯酶11個(gè)、谷氨酸脫氫酶2個(gè)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶11個(gè)、蘋果酸脫氫酶5個(gè)、蘋果酸酶4個(gè)、6-葡萄糖磷酸脫氫酶8個(gè)、葡萄糖磷酸異構(gòu)酶9個(gè)、葡萄糖磷酸變位酶8個(gè)、過氧化物酶9個(gè)、莽草酸脫氫酶7個(gè)、超氧化物歧化酶7個(gè)、種子蛋白5個(gè)、丙糖磷酸異構(gòu)酶7個(gè),還有心肌黃酶、果糖1,6二磷酸酶、鐵氧還蛋白氧化還原酶、熱激蛋白70、異檸檬酸脫氫酶、亮氨酸氨肽酶、乙酰絲氨酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶、尿素酶等各1個(gè),共111個(gè)同工酶和分子標(biāo)記基因。這些同工酶和分子標(biāo)記基因自1999年在國際葫蘆科遺傳協(xié)會年報(bào)(CGC Report)第22期發(fā)表后一直沒有更新,并已由劉文革博士翻譯后發(fā)表,請參閱《中國西瓜甜瓜》2001年第3期第38-39頁和第4期第47-49頁。
