讓所有學生喜歡上英語課

摘 要：作為一名農村英語教師，我所教的學生英語水平參差不齊，那么如何使每個學生都參與到課堂活動中去，積極主動的去學習英語，把枯燥乏味的英語知識轉變為令學生喜歡感興趣的內容，就成為了我們這些一線農村教師的首要任務。

首先我認為應該營造出良好的學習氛圍。班集體是一個大熔爐。在各大熔爐里要形成積極向上樂觀的氣氛。在班集體里，學生們有著共同的目標，遵守必要的規章制度，有正確的輿論導向。對于英語學科，要使每個學生都意識到在21世紀英語的重要性，確立學好英語的目標，同時要意識到自己英語水平的現狀，找出自己要努力的方向并為之努力。

其次，作為英語教師，要在自己的課堂中，采用多種形式來構建課堂內容。例如，我在必修三Unit 2 healthy eating中，就采用了競爭的形式。另附教案：

Unit 2 healthy eating

Step 1 lead-in

Show a lot of pictures to students. Then ask students questions：

what do we eat in our daily life？

What is your favorite food/fruit？

My favorite food is…

I’m fond of…

I don’t often eat..

I really hate…

I can’t stand …

…make me gain/lose weight.

Then ask students a question. Do you think you are eating a balanced diet or a healthy diet？

show students two pictures about someone who is too fat or too thin？

Then ask a question. Do you want to be too fat？ Do you want to be too thin？

If you don’t want to be too fat or to be too thin， please come and eat here.

Step 2 a new lesson

為了吸引學生對本節課內容的關注我采用了小組競賽的形式。這種小組競賽激發了學生的上進心，使每個學生都自然主動地積極參與，為積極的小組做出貢獻。學生之間互相督促，爭先恐后，特別是英語底子薄弱的學生，會爭取每一分鐘為本小組爭光。可以說，競爭讓每個學生神采奕奕，精神抖擻。

在這種人人參與的學習氛圍中，體現了以學生為主題，教師為主導，讓學生在活動中自己求發展，使學生的個性得以完美的體現，讓各個層次的學生找到自己個性飛揚的空間。學生們在活動中鍛煉自己，并且體驗了成功的喜悅，調動了學生學習英語的積極性，增強了他們的自信心。

最后，要加強師生溝通

我們教師要充分利用一切時間走進學生，關注他們的生活、學習中的問題。作為教師，我們不僅要分享他們學習和生活中的成功、喜悅之情。同樣，當我們遇到苦難時也要給與他們無微不至的關懷。在生活中，我們老師像父母一樣給與孩子們關心和照顧。在學習中，我們更應該仔細推敲各個知識點，幫助學生解決遇到的難題，要耐心細致地把關心做到極致。

總之，在英語學習中，老師應該抓住任何一個機會讓學生改變學生的學習習慣，變“要我學英語”為“我要學英語”，使學生最終成為學習的主人。
