From October 23-30, Luca Fantin, the executive chef of the iconic Il Ristorante at the BVLGARI Ginza Tower in Tokyo, will present his emblematic dishes throughout the day. For an evening of indulgence, a complete degustation menu is offered that will leave an indelible mark in the recollection of gourmands.

Portuguese executive sous chef Ricardo Bizzaro prepares a fresh Portuguese seafood buffet at Vasco’s restaurant on Penta, level fve of Hilton Beijing Wangfujing. The buffet,named Catch Me If You Can, features an array of succulent seafood delights to whet your appetite, including roasted codfsh with extra virgin olive oil, grilled half lobster with spicy coconut sauce, Portuguese Acorda, mashed bread with seafood and coriander, and deep fried Portuguese Bacalhau cake.
The seafood buffet lunch is available from 11∶30 a.m. to 2∶30 p.m.daily at Vasco’s restaurant, at 208 yuan + 15 percent service charge per person, and the buffet dinner from 5∶30 p.m. to 9∶30 p.m. at 238 yuan + 15 percent service charge per person inclusive of free fow of soft drink and juice.

On September 15, the annual meeting of Benelux Chamber of Commerce in China was held at the 2,500-square-meter Dynasty Plaza.Besides the chamber’s members,nearly 700 VIPs,including businessmen,government offcials and representatives of about 18 countries’chambers of commerce in China,
