DE [分] 資本負(fù)債比

Debt to equity. A measure of a company's financial leverage calculated by dividing long term debt by shareholders equity. It indicates what proportion of equity and debt the company is using to finance its assets. 是指公司長(zhǎng)期負(fù)債與股東權(quán)益的比率。

de facto [銀] 實(shí)際上

A condition or situation treated as standard or official, even if not explicitly stated. 即使未明言，仍被當(dāng)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或正式的條件或情況。

Dead Capital [證] 不生息資本、死錢(qián)

Dead Money 指投資在無(wú)利益的事業(yè)，或尚未投資的資金。

dead-end street [房] 死路

Also known as “Cul de Sac”. A street which is closed at one end so that traffic cannot flow through it. 亦稱(chēng)“Cul de Sac”，指一頭封閉、交通無(wú)法穿越的街道。

Similar to a car dealer, a person who offers a collection of properties for sale to the public. 與汽車(chē)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商相似，向公眾提供一系列物業(yè)待售的人。

dealer[證] 交易商

An entity that stands ready and willing to buy a security for its own account (at its bid price) or sell from its own account (at its ask price).是指對(duì)自己的賬戶(hù)進(jìn)行買(mǎi)賣(mài)證券，并自己承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的人。以自營(yíng)商而非代理人的身份參與證券業(yè)務(wù)的個(gè)人或公司。典型的是﹐證券商為自己的賬戶(hù)買(mǎi)入證券然后將自己的存款賣(mài)于顧客。交易商品的利潤(rùn)或者損失就是他買(mǎi)賣(mài)證券過(guò)程中支付價(jià)格和接受價(jià)格之間的差額。證券商在確認(rèn)書(shū)中必須向顧客表明他是自營(yíng)商。同一個(gè)人或公司在不同時(shí)間可以以經(jīng)紀(jì)人和證券商的不同身份經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)。

dealer market [證] 交易商市場(chǎng)

A market in which transactions occur between principals acting as dealers buying and selling for their own accounts, rather than between brokers acting as agents for buyers and sellers. 是指專(zhuān)門(mén)為交易者設(shè)立的從事為其賬戶(hù)買(mǎi)賣(mài)特定資產(chǎn)的市場(chǎng)。例如，OTC市場(chǎng)。

death cross [證] 死亡交叉

A crossover involving a securities long-term moving average breaking above its short-term moving average or support level.As long-term indicators carry more weight, this trend indicates a bear market on the horizon and is reinforced by high trading volumes. Additionally, the long-term moving average becomes the new resistance level in the rising market.技術(shù)分析用語(yǔ)。所謂死亡交叉是指原本多頭排列之短、中、長(zhǎng)期平均線，其短期平均線自上方逐漸走平且跌破中、長(zhǎng)期平均線，并帶動(dòng)中、長(zhǎng)期平均線同步向下行成空頭排列，意味著將有一波不小之跌幅，往往代表一個(gè)相當(dāng)強(qiáng)烈的賣(mài)出信號(hào)。

debenture [分] 公司債券

Unsecured indebtedness, usually long-term. Most common debentures are in the form of bonds. Unsecured debt backed only by the integrity of the borrower, not by collateral, and documented by an agreement called an indenture. This is a type of share issued by a limited company. It is the safest type of share in that it is really a loan to the company and is usually tied to some of the company's assets so should the company fail, the debenture holder will have first call on any assets left after the company has been wound up.無(wú)擔(dān)保債務(wù)，通常為長(zhǎng)期。多數(shù)普通信用債務(wù)是債券的形式。是指公司憑其信譽(yù)擔(dān)保而發(fā)行的無(wú)抵押長(zhǎng)期債券。憑借款人信譽(yù)而非抵押品作保的未擔(dān)保債務(wù)，用協(xié)議來(lái)為其作書(shū)面證明。無(wú)抵押債務(wù)，只依賴(lài)借方信用質(zhì)量作為支持，并無(wú)抵押品，協(xié)議屬于契約形式。在英國(guó)是指有擔(dān)保的公司債券；在美國(guó)是指無(wú)擔(dān)保證券。
