London Bowl倫敦碗

The“London Bowl”is the mainstadium(體育館)for London 2012 Olympic Games.It is similar to the “Nest”of Beijing Olympic Games.Opening and closingceremonies(儀式)will be held here.“London Bowl”is considered as the “beating heart” of 2012 Olympic Games.The outside of the“London Bowl”is white.It is narrow at the bottom and wide at the top.It looks like a bowl.The structure(結(jié)構(gòu))is very simple.It is different from the magnificent(宏偉的)style of theformer(以前的)Olympics.The idea that it can be torn down makes itunique(與眾不同的).

“倫敦碗”是倫敦奧運會的主會場，與北京奧運會的“鳥巢”有些相似。倫敦奧運會的開幕式和閉幕式都將在這里舉行。“倫敦碗”被譽(yù)為倫敦奧運“跳動的心臟”。“倫敦碗”的外觀全部為白色，外形下窄上寬，酷似一個湯碗，結(jié)構(gòu)形式簡單明快，與歷屆奧運會主會場追求宏大氣勢有很大區(qū)別。特別是其可拆卸的設(shè)計理念更使得“倫敦碗”顯得與眾不同，獨樹一幟。

There are 80 thousand seats,among which 25 thousand seats at the bottom and 55 thousand seats at the top.It can meet the needs of the Olympic Games.Afterthe Olympic Games,the 25 thousand seats at the bottom will bereserved (保留)and the other seats will be torn down.It will be rebuilt as a community activity place.

主體育場共設(shè)8萬個坐席，其中碗底部分設(shè)置2.5萬個坐席，上部設(shè)置5.5萬個坐席，完全可以滿足奧運會體育賽事的要求。奧運會結(jié)束后，除了保留碗底2.5萬個固定坐席，其他的坐席將全部被拆除，整個體育場將改建成一個社區(qū)活動的場所。

Beside the“London Bowl”,there is a red iron building with ascrewy (扭曲的)andexaggerative(夸張的)style.It is Arcelor Mittal Orbit Tower.It is 114.5 high and is made of 1500 ton iron.Some people say it is related to the lighting of thetorch (火炬).Some people say that the screwy shape is ametaphor(暗喻)of the Five Olympic Rings.And more people think it is the signal transmitting center.

“倫敦碗”旁邊是一棟造型扭曲夸張、泛著耀眼紅色的鋼鐵建筑，叫做安賽樂米塔爾軌道塔，高114.5米，由1500噸鋼鐵建造而成。有人說這個建筑與點燃火炬有關(guān)，有人說扭曲的形狀暗喻奧運五環(huán)，更多人認(rèn)為這是信號發(fā)射中心。

Swimming Hall游泳館

Not far from the“London Bowl”,it is the Olympic swimming hall.It is designed by a famous English femalearchitect (建筑師)Zaha Hadid.At first,she designed a“wave”.Considering the seats were not enough,she added a pair of“wings”for the“wave”.So the seats can be increased from 2.5 thousand to 17.5 thousand.The hall is blue and white to draw people’s attention.As for the seats at the two sides of the swimming pool,the designer uses the nature light shadow to make theaudience(觀眾)not see the other side.So they can pay attention to the swimming pool.

離“倫敦碗”不遠(yuǎn)的地方，是倫敦奧運游泳館，由英國知名女建筑師扎哈·哈迪德設(shè)計。原本扎哈設(shè)計了一片“海浪”，但考慮到座位不夠，后來又給“海浪”安上一雙“翅膀”，這樣就可以把座位從原本的2500個增加到17500個。整個游泳館采用藍(lán)白兩色，用來吸引觀眾的注意力；而游泳池兩側(cè)的座位，則利用自然光線形成的陰影，讓坐在看臺上的觀眾看不到另一邊，把注意力集中到泳池。

Basketball Hall籃球館

As the third largestvenue in the Olympic Park,the basketball hall will hold the basketballfinals(決賽),the handball finals,wheelchair(輪椅)basketball game and wheelchairrugby(橄欖球)game.It is also the athletes’rest place during the opening and closing ceremonies.The project sponsor of the basketball hall Snoddy says,“The basketball hall is one of the largest venues in modern Olympics.It will provide the audience and the athletes a wonderful experience that they have never had.”After the games,two-thirds of the materials will be reused orrecycled(回收).

作為奧林匹克公園內(nèi)的第三大場館，奧運籃球館將舉辦籃球、手球決賽和輪椅籃球、輪椅橄欖球的比賽，也將成為開幕式和閉幕式期間運動員候場的地點。籃球館項目主辦人Snoddy說道：“籃球館將是現(xiàn)代奧運中面積最大的場館之一，將為觀眾和參賽運動員提供一種前所未有的精彩體驗。”比賽結(jié)束后，三分之二的材料將再利用或回收。
