Project overview: In the vast forest areas of Longjiang Forest Industry Group， more than 2，200 species coldand temperate-zone-growing plants are growing， including Korean pine， oak tree， Manchurian ash， Manchurian walnut， etc. The harvest of 4.1 million cubic meters of wood each year can result in harvesting timber producing residue of 1.23 million cubic meters and wood processing residues of 1.394 million cubic meters， which can be used for the development of sawn timber， plywood， furniture， wood products， pulp and paper， forest products and so on. Forest is rich in edible wild herbs， mountain herbs， wild fruit， edible fungus and other organic materials to provide healthy food for mankind. Investment and source: Total investment of the project is US$14.11 million， with the ratio of bringing-in investment negotiable.

Estimated economic benefit: After the project is completed and reaches the designed capacity， the annual profit after tax will be RMB18.9 million.

Content and scale of project: Annual production capacity of 30，000 tons of superfine corn powder and 30，000 tons of superfine soybean powder.

Project overview: Bayan County is among the national top 100 counties of food production， with a total cultivated area of 3.40 million mu. The annual planting capacity of corn is 1.70 million mu and that of soybean is 1.3 million mu， and the annual production capacity of high quality corn is 1 million tons and that of soybean is 0.2 million tons， including commodity corn of 0.8 million tons and commodity soybean of 0.15 million tons. Bayan County is very convenient in traffic， with S101 Provincial Highway running through the territory from east to west (9.5 km)， westbound to Harbin and eastbound to Kiamusze， and the Ba-Xing Highway running through the territory from north to south (13 km)， northbound to Suihua City. This project uses bio-fermentation technology and enzyme technology to make corn and soybean denatured and protein denatured and adopts the superfine powder processing technology and modern high technology for function and quality upgrade of corns and soybeans. This project is an agricultural products deep processing one， and is in line with national industrial policy. The products are corn and soybean superfine powder， which can be widely used in the production of all kinds of foods. The annual market demands are expected to reach 5 million tons， thus the project will have a huge market potential and very promising prospect on investment. Content and scale of project: The annual processing capacity is 0.5 million tons. It is necessary to construct fermentation plant， grind plant， extraction plant， as well as purchase production equipment and subsidiary facilities. Project overview: Corn Integrated Deep Processing Project of Heilongjiang Fuhua Group is one of first batch projects introduced by Fuhua China International Eco-Industrial Park (Gannan); moreover， it is also a high-tech and industrialized project of Heilongjiang Fuhua Group led by corn deep processing. The main products are anhydrous citric acid， maltodextrin， sugar powder， maize germ oil， and compound feed. Currently， State Development and Reform Commission(SDRC)， Provincial Department of Land Resources， Provincial Environmental Protection Agency and other relevant organizations have approved their applications for the establishment of the project. The complementary constructions for plants have provided services for roads， electricity， water， communication and smooth surface. The construction area of fermentation plant in main building is 27 thousand sq.m.， which has been closed， windows and plastered external walls are also completed. The foundation of extraction plant has completed， the construction area of two-floor office building is 2，800 sq.m.， the chimneys (60m) of auxiliary boiler plant have been constructed， 30 thousand sq.m. of concrete pavement in the plant have been laid and the enclosure is also built. All manufacturers for production equipment have been investigated. Name of project: Corn Starch Comprehensive Processing Project in Qiqihar City

Content and scale of project: It would output 0.1 million tons of corn starch， 5 thousand tons of germ crude oil， 9 thousand tons of albumen powder， 4 thousand tons of germ cake， 18 thousand tons of starch residue per year. Project overview: The semi-manufactured goods of starch has excellent applications in many industries， involving in medicine， food， printing and dyeing， drilling， fire extinction， enamel， and spinning. Just corn starch， the gap of output has still been millions of tons. In addition， by-products of corn starch processing have also higher nutrient and economical values. For example， corn germ can be used to produce corn oil， which can produce hydrogenated oil by hydrogenation; corn cake produced from oil manufacture can produce protein feed; corn peel can be processed to nutrient yeast and， addition agents of bio-fiber; zein can protect from moisture and oxidation to extend shelf life as coating agent in food industry; glutamic acid and corn color extracted from corn protein powder can be used as raw materials in food industry for food color， addition agents， butterine， margarine and sweet; there are abundant soluble amino acids and various biotins in corn steep-water， which can be used as nutrient source in fermentation industry; concentration steep-water to corn steep liquor with 70% of solid content， of which there are 45% of protein， 20% of mineral substance， 18% of lactic acid; steep-water processed by alkali can produce sediment， dry the filter cake can produce albumen powder for extracting phytin， a important raw material for producing inositol; mix corn peel and steep-water to produce compound feed; DDGS can be used to produce whole drying protein feed.
