Project Overview: The total planned area of Long’an industrial project zone is 22，300 mu. At present， over 3500 mu land in the project zone has been exploited and 41 projects with considerable scale have been imported. With a total Investment of 1.89 billion Yuan， the project zone has 31 synthetic leather projects ( wherein 22 synthetic leather firms and 4 upstream firms providing such as resins， additives， leather base cloth， etc. and 4 rear leather processing enterprises )， which has gradually formed the production base of PU synthetic leather and Superfine fibre synthetic leather. Therefore， the conditions for infrastructure construction of specialized synthetic leather market have been ready yet.

Project Overview: In Diantou， one of Fujian’s largest tea-producing towns， there are over 30，000 mu of tea garden， producing over 21，000 tons green tea annually， and 80% of the famers’ household income comes from tea there. The town has more than 150 various tea industries and a specialized tea trade market on the Fujian-Zhejiang border. Covering an area of 8，000 square meters， the market has become the biggest specialized tea trade market in Fuding City with an annual transaction volume of 30，000 tons tea leaves and 8，000 tons dry tea. As the scale and capacity of the existing market have no longer satisfied the demand for the development of tea transaction and tea industry， a white tea cultural city is planed to be built in Shundian Village， which combines tea transaction， production， marketing， information service and tea cultural transmission as a whole.

Construction Scale: The project will cover an area of 300 mu. Tea trade center， white tea cultural street， fine tea museum， standardized production workshop will be built in the future.

Project Overview: Fuding is the main mushroom producing county of Fujian Province， with 17 million square feet is cultivated with mushroom while the area is more than 50 million square feet in the circumjacent counties and towns. As one of the major mushroom producing areas in Fuding， Qianqi Town is also a distributing center for mushroom， where mushrooms have been grown for more than 30 years. At present， the entire area for mushroom sown area amounts to 8 million square feet， the total output of mushroom amounts to 7，200 tons and the output value add up to 40 million Yuan. As sold to over ten provinces and cities (such as Zhejiang， Shanghai， Jiangshu)， Qianqi mushroom successfully declared the “Duoduobai”national registered trademark in 2010. Now， we sincerely invite the talent to join the project to invest the mushroom industry in Qianqi， promoting the development of mushroom industry further.

Construction Scale: A specialized production base of mushroom and the mushroom processing plant which cover an area of 50 million square feet will be built to supply various products such as canned mushroom， salted mushroom， dehydrated mushroom， preserved mushroom， quick-frozen mushroom， instant mushroom and so on.

Project Overview: As a deep-water port with a wide opening， Shacheng Port has convenient transportation and abundant fishery resources， is indeed an ideal location for a fishing port. Shacheng central fishing port is divided into operation area and typhoon anchorage area. After the establishment of the project， Shacheng Port will has a 48，800m2 terrestrial area， a 707-m water front， a 625-m harbor and two typhoon anchorages， which will afford the function of fish distribution and typhoon avoidance for vessels. Moreover， this project will accelerate the development of Shacheng Port and make marked social and economic benefit.

Construction Scale: The harbor of the fishing port covering an area of 1500 mu and its supporting facilities are planned to be built.

Project Overview: Yujing Reclamation Project lies in Xiamen Town in the southest of Fuding and Qinchuan Bay in Taimushan Town， belonging to the harbor-styled reclamation project. Being 40 kilometers away from the downtown， the project is easily accessible， with Shalv Line

(a provincial-level highway) passing through the town to get the both ends of the seawall. The seawall is 2.53 kilometers long with a reclamation area of 13，700 mu. The shape of the project is designed as type of bell mouth while the small island in front of the seawall can act as shield， forming fine terrain conditions.

Construction Scale: The sea wall is 2.53 kilometers long with a reclamation area of 13，700 mu. Two flood drainage gates with 13 holes measure 65 meters across totally， and two tide gate with 5 holes measure 15 meters across totally.

Total Investment: RMB 350 million

Project Overview: Shacheng port lies on the northernmost coast of Fujian Province， which borders Fujian and Zhejiang. The port boasts advantageous geographical condition and convenient transportation， which also connects with coastal highway， Wenzhou- Fuzhou Railway， and national highway network. Hougang operation zone， one of the six harbor operation zones in the overall plan for Shacheng port， is located on the south bank of Shacheng Port， 10 kilometers away from the estuary. The wharf apron is very superior in its excellent water depth conditions while the rear land areas those are surrounded on three sides by mountains boast their vast open flat spaces. The land area is about 1000 meters long and covers an area of 1500 mu.

Construction Scale: The wharf apron closes to the waters which are 20 -30 meters in depth while the frontage of the planned dock line is 1000 meters long， where is feasible to build 3 berths of fourth-generation Ocean-going container terminal (or 2 berths of the fifth-or-sixth generation container terminal). Its handling capacity is about 1 million TEU.

Total Investment: RMB 1 billion

Economic Results Analysis: The annual output value may reach RMB 2.5 billion. The taxation may be RMB 200 million. This project will create over 3000 job vacancies.
