用形體與表皮演繹建筑獨特內涵

摘 要：多年來，“千城一面”一直為人們詬病，但“一樣的”玻璃幕墻、“一樣的”摩天大樓依舊以其驚人的速度占據我們的城市。本文以珠海市航運中心大廈為例，試分析如何通過對形體與表皮的巧妙設計，在滿足大眾審美標準的同時，凸顯建筑個性及其獨特內涵，使其不雷同于其他建筑，在其所在區位具有較高的辨識度，從蕓蕓建筑中脫穎而出，成為在視覺和感情上都能觸動人群的符號。

Abstract:Over the years， more and more cities become increasingly similar， which has been criticized for the people， but \"the same\" glass curtain walls， \"the same\" skyscrapers still according to their amazing speed to occupy our city. By taking the shipping center building in ZhuHai as an example， this paper try to analyze the design methods of form and surface of the building， which could satisfied the aesthetic standards of the public， at the same time， highlighting the building’s individuality .The building is not the same as other buildings， and it has a high degree of recognition in its city. So it stands out from the surrounding buildings. It would touch the crowd as a symbol of visually and emotionally.

1 項目概況

珠海市航運中心大廈項目位于珠海市橫琴新區，周邊為高檔商務區，東與澳門隔海相望總。建筑面積95420m2，建筑總高度184m（含玻璃頂高，未含避雷針高度），地上45層，地下3層，建筑主體為45層主樓及10層附樓，是集超高層酒店、會議中心、培訓中心、信息服務中心及部分商業功能于一體的超高層建筑。

2 理念與構思

我們把航運建筑和多功能建筑看作可以用來標志一個場所的獨特性以及其所在區位的特點的建筑。演繹自身文化的獨有精髓并將其適當地融入設計之中是突出這些特點的關鍵。

形體是一個建筑首先打動人的因素，航運中心大廈設計方案出于對科技思維敏銳細致的考慮，所有空間以簡潔幾何體型為主，使得建筑在空間序列中呈現出整體感。在表皮設計上，通過材料、紋理、色彩及構成形式賦予了其作為航運建筑獨特的個性和風格。同時，以現代建筑風格為主要基調，利用鋼、玻璃、鋼筋混凝土結構，應用部分建筑形體的穿插及色彩與圖案變化表現建筑的現代形象，力求創造環境優美、建筑形體簡潔的高品質現代航運中心形象。……
