基于國外城市濱水地區開發經驗分析的我國城市濱水地區規劃設計探索

摘 要：城市濱水地區是城市中地理位置最為優越，開發潛力最大的地段之一。本文從解析國外優秀的城市濱水空間開發的案例入手，總結出國外濱水空間開發可取的經驗。然后以阜陽穎河東岸濱水地區的城市設計為研究對象，從尊重現狀、延續文脈、體現本土氣息、強調濱水空間可達性、滿足居民親水性等方面作了相關探索，旨在為國內同類城市的濱水空間開發提供有益借鑒。

Abstract:Water front is one of the most ascendant and potential area in the city. Starting from the case of outstanding foreign urban waterfront space development， this paper sum up some good experience of the the foreignWaterfront. Then， it takes the urban design of the Yinghe east coast waterfront in Fuyang as an example. This paper gives some planning innovation in respecting the status quo and the continuing the context， reflecting the local flavor， emphasizing the accessibility of the waterfront space to meet the needs of the resident hydrophilic， aiming to provide a useful reference for the waterfront of the other domestic cities.

1 前言

城市濱水區是城市中寶貴的公共資源，與城市生存發展息息相關。城市濱水地區在拉動城市經濟發展、增加老城吸引力、促進當地旅游、娛樂活動、保護歷史、促進第三產業發、促進就業等諸多方面體現出重要價值，正日益受到人們的普遍關注和重視。在不同國家和地區，城市濱水區域設計的表現方式和追求目標不盡相同，但共同之處在于通過不同層面的城市設計，對濱水區域整體環境建設進行控制和引導，以創造充滿活力的城市空間。國外不少濱水區域的設計產生了世界性的影響，如美國巴爾的摩內港的開發、英國倫敦道克蘭碼頭區的改造、卡迪夫灣改造、日本橫濱大阪濱水區域的開發等?？偨Y這些成功的城市濱水區域設計策略，對我國城市濱水區域的設計有很大的借鑒意義（見圖1~圖5）。

2 國外濱水地區開發建設的經驗借鑒
