摘 要:旅游空間布局規(guī)劃是旅游專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃中的重點(diǎn),在瀏西新區(qū)旅游空間布局的規(guī)劃中,通過對區(qū)域自然地理以及旅游現(xiàn)狀的分析,根據(jù)需求導(dǎo)向、因地制宜等多個(gè)原則,選擇了“四區(qū)一軸一中心”發(fā)展模式,并在該模式基礎(chǔ)上,劃分出田園休閑旅游區(qū)、瀏陽河生態(tài)旅游區(qū)、鄉(xiāng)村風(fēng)情體驗(yàn)旅游區(qū)、珍稀植物保護(hù)旅游區(qū)四個(gè)旅游功能區(qū),瀏陽河?xùn)|西向旅游發(fā)展軸以及瀏西新區(qū)旅游核心區(qū)的旅游空間布局規(guī)劃。

Abstract:Tourism space allocation planning is a key point in tourism planning. In the case of tourism space allocation planning of Liuxi new district, through the geographical and current tourism situation analysis in Liuxi district, according to the principles of demand supply oriented and different places different solutions, come up with a development model as “Four areas, One axis one centre’’. Four functional tourism areas are: Pasture Leisure Tourism area, Liuyanghe Eco-tourism Area, Rural Experience Tourism Area and Rare Plants Reserved Tourism Area. One axis is Liuyanghe east to west axis, one centre is Liuxi new district tourism centre.

1 引言
歌曲《瀏陽河》在全國的廣泛傳唱,瀏陽河在國內(nèi)的知名度是由來已久、深入人心。瀏陽河的水清瑩透徹,九曲瀠洄、清洌純靜的瀏陽河一路蜿蜒而去,如同民歌《瀏陽河》的詞曲一樣美麗。瀏陽河環(huán)繞之地,自然景觀和人文景觀交相輝映,和諧渾然。花炮是瀏陽馳名中外的傳統(tǒng)特產(chǎn)和主要出口商品,工藝精美,質(zhì)量優(yōu)異,曾獲美國芝加哥萬國博覽會的優(yōu)等獎(jiǎng)。瀏陽制作煙花鞭炮,久負(fù)盛名,素有“花炮之鄉(xiāng)”譽(yù)稱。花炮既是支撐瀏陽經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),也是瀏陽對外形象的精華。生產(chǎn)名花名木等特色花木的柏加鄉(xiāng),已被國家確定為花卉生產(chǎn)示范基地,在省內(nèi)外都具有較大的影響。花炮和花木“雙花競秀”,作為產(chǎn)業(yè)旅游資源具有壓倒性優(yōu)勢。另外菊花石、紅桎木也是舉世無雙的名品。更有譚嗣同、唐才常等名人志士,王震、楊勇等共和國第一代將軍以及眾多革命將領(lǐng)使瀏陽這片美麗的土地更加熠熠生輝。……
