Muggles， the time has come! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park at Universal Orlando Resort[度假勝地] re-creates much of the setting of the Harry Potter books and movies. If you’re one of the fans who have longed to immerse[沉浸于] yourself in the Harry Potter universe， grab your broomstick[帚柄] and head on down to Orlando!

Hogwarts Castle

Inside Hogwarts Castle is the park’s signature[有特征的符號] attraction， a thrill[膽戰心驚] ride called “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.” Without a doubt， the Forbidden Journey is the main reason to visit， and you can certainly expect long lines for this attraction， so arrive early. Seated on an “enchanted[被施魔法的] bench，” you fly through the air to some of the memorable scenes in the movies. You face the Dementors， play Quidditch， and fly through Hogwarts’ Great Hall， along with other adventures.

Inside the Castle

One of the most innovative[創新的] parts of the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride is that even waiting in line is a treat[樂事] for the ride. While you follow the line through the castle toward the ride， you’ll travel through several areas that will be familiar to Potter fans， such as the Portrait Gallery (yes， the paintings talk)， the Gryffindor common room， Professor Dumbledore’s office， and the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom.

Hogwarts Express

Any trip to Hogwarts—for Harry Potter or for us Muggles—must include the Hogwarts Express， the train Hogwarts students take from London to reach the castle. Park visitors don’t have to find Platform ， though; this steam-spewing[噴涌] locomotive[火車頭] is located near the entrance to Hogsmeade and isn’t going anywhere. Like most of the park， the Hogwarts Express adheres closely to[堅持，依附] its depictions[描寫] in the books and films.

Hogsmeade

Outside the castle， a stroll[漫步] through the town of Hogsmeade will take you to Potter-esque[……風格的] establishments[設施] such as the Three Broomsticks and Hog’s Head eateries[餐館]. You’ll also find a few places that have been transplanted from Diagon Alley， including Ollivanders Wand[魔棍] Shop and the Dervish and Banges wizarding-equipment store.

Ollivanders Wand Shop

Ollivanders Wand Shop is fun if the line is short or if you love the movie. A crowd of about 20 people pack into the wand shop. Ollivander picks a young volunteer (“wizard”)， and tries to find a wand that fits with the person. Once the wand picks the wizard， he show is over， and the lucky volunteer has the option[選擇權] to buy the wand in the gift shop (of course). Then the whole group exits through the gift shop.

Honeydukes

One of the sweetest attractions in Hogsmeade is the Honeydukes candy shop. Honeydukes has magical goodies[糖果] such as Candyfloss， Pepper Imps， Sugar Quills， Chocolate Frogs and， of course， Bertie Bott’s Every-Flavour Beans. Buy the beans. They look like normal candies， but they’re not. Here’s a dare for you and a friend. Pick two matching beans from the bag and put them in your mouths at the same time. Then watch the other’s reaction. It may be a harmless flavor， like cinnamon[肉桂] or watermelon. Or it may be a gross[令人討厭的] one like dirt， earthworm[蚯蚓] or earwax[耳垢]. No spitting[吐] allowed!

Butterbeer

Candy isn’t the only Potter-universe treat that comes to life here. Be sure to try the butterbeer. This drink is like a butterscotch[奶油糖果] cream soda…a very delicious one. (The recipe[配方] was personally approved by author J.K. Rowling.) After you finish the first one， you will want another. When you get home， you will want to make one for yourself， but beware[謹防] of the online recipes. Some of them are not potable[適于飲用的]!

Hagrid’s Hut

As you head over to the Flight of the Hippogriff ride(a kid-friendly roller-coaster)， you’ll come across Hagrid’s Hut. It is the home of the kindhearted half-giant who serves as Hogwarts’ gamekeeper.

Flight of the Hippogriff

Aimed at younger visitors， the Flight of the Hippogriff is a smaller-size roller coaster that imagines guests as wizarding students learning how to fly on hippogriffs—magical creatures that are part eagle， part horse， introduced in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

Dragon Challenge

If you’re up for a more extreme roller coaster， the high-speed Dragon Challenge lets riders imagine they’re facing fierce[兇猛的] dragons in the Triwizard Tournament. There are two dueling[決斗] coasters， so you can ride it twice and get two different rides. Online reviewers differ in which is best， so pick one or ride both. En route[在途中] to the ride， guests pass by the flying Ford Anglia that Harry and Ron crashed into the Whomping Willow in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

The Goblet of Fire

The Dragon Challenge is based on an important part in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire: the Triwizard Tournament task where Harry battled a dragon. As guests wait in line， they walk through the Tournament’s champion’s tent， where they see the Goblet of Fire itself.

鷹頭馬身有翼獸的飛行之旅專為年齡較小的游客而設，是一架小型過山車，將游客們設想為正在學習如何騎著鷹頭馬身有翼獸飛行的巫師學生。鷹頭馬身有翼獸是一種魔法生物，一半是鷹，一半是馬，在《哈利·波特與阿茲卡班的囚徒》中首次亮相。

龍的挑戰

如果你想玩更為驚險刺激的過山車，那么高速的“龍的挑戰”能讓騎手們想象自己正在三強爭霸賽中面對兇猛的惡龍。一共有兩條過山車互飆，所以你可以坐兩遍，體驗兩種不同的感覺。網上的評論者對于哪條線更好各執己見，所以你可以選擇體驗一條，或者兩條都不錯過。在前往乘坐過山車的途中，游客們將路過飛翔的福特安格里亞車，哈利和羅恩在《哈利·波特與密室》中開著這輛車撞上了打人柳。

火焰杯

“龍的挑戰”取材于《哈利·波特與火焰杯》中的重要部分：哈利曾與一條惡龍戰斗的三強爭霸賽任務。游客們在排隊的時候將走過爭霸賽的冠軍帳篷，他們在那里會見到火焰杯。
