高職院校學生社區管理模式探討

摘 要 高校學生宿舍實行社區式管理已成為宿舍管理的主流，然而作為高校重要組成部分的高職院校，學生具有多元化、自我管理能力較弱、自我認知失調等特點，再加上高職類院校在教育資源的分配上存在著先天不足，本科院校學生自主管理社區的模式并不適用高職院校。本文就如何結合高職學生特點和環境因素來推進高職院校學生社區的管理進行探討。

Discussion about Student Community Management in Vocational Colleges

Abstract Implementation of community college students dormitory dormitory-style management has become the mainstream of management， but as an important part of university vocational colleges， students have a diverse， self-management capacity is weak， self-perception disorders， etc.， coupled with higher categories allocation of resources in education institutions， there are deficiencies， undergraduate college students in community self-management model does not apply to vocational schools. In this paper， how to combine vocational student characteristics and environmental factors to promote the vocational college students in community management were discussed.

1 問題的提出

近幾年來高校對傳統管理制度進行相應改革，在這種形式下，高校后勤制度也開始社會化改革，引入商業公司進行后勤管理，使得教學管理與宿舍管理愈發脫節，傳統的以“住人”為主要目的的學生宿舍已經無法適應需要，于是，“學生社區”這個概念慢慢清晰。

“社區”這一詞最早源于英文community，含有公社、團體、社會、公眾，以及共同體、共同性等多種含義。結合學生社區管理實際，我們的學生宿舍要發展成學生社區，必須擺脫簡單的檢查式管理方法，從以物為主的管理視角發展到以人為主，建設公共服務區域，營造社區文化，促進社區自我管理等。筆者正是從事學生社區的相關建設、管理工作；從現有的論文研究來看，絕大部分涉及“學生社區”的研究是針對本科院校的，極少對高職高專類別高校學生社區的專門論著。

2 高職院校學生社區管理模式特點分析
