摘 要 師生關系是教育過程中的基本關系,和諧的師生關系有助于教學任務的順利完成,對學生的健康成長和教師專業能力的發展也具有重要的作用和意義。但目前,我國高校師生關系中出現一些不和諧的因素,我們力求重建不同層面不同意義下的和諧師生關系:即人格意義上的“民主平等關系”,過程意義上的“教學相長關系”和情感意義上的“相知相愛關系”。

How to Rebuild Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship in University

Abstract Teacher-student relationship is the basic relationship in the process of education. A harmonious teacher-student relationship may not only contribute to the successfully completion of teaching task ,but also have the important effect and meaning to the healthy grown-up of students and the professional development of teachers. However, there are some unharmonious elements existing between teacher and student right now. Therefore, we strive to rebuild a harmonious teacher-student relationship at different levels: that is \"democratic equality relation\" in the sense of personality; \"Teaching and Learning\" relation in the sense of process; and \"from friend to love relation\" in the sense of emotion.

前蘇聯教育學家蘇霍姆林斯基有句名言——教育技巧的頂峰即師生之間心靈交往的和諧境界。這句話充分說明了和諧師生關系對教育的重要意義。高校是通過師生之間的交流與合作來實現培養人才的目的,師生關系的好壞直接關系到人才培養的質量,可以說,和諧的師生關系是成功進行一切教學活動的前提。但隨著社會經濟的不斷向前發展,師生關系卻呈現出與之相反的發展趨勢,如師生之間的不平等,缺乏交流與溝通,教師自身素質低下等等都使得師生之間的關系越來越淡漠。筆者在全面了解當前高校師生關系的現狀的基礎上,對高校師生關系的存在問題及對策進行了探索性的思考。
1 高校師生關系現狀
1.1 高校師生關系以教師為主導,師生關系不平等
受傳統教育觀念影響,目前以教師為“中心”的理論和觀念依然存在。雖然教師的權威性已受到沖擊,但高校師生關系仍是以教師為主導,學生始終處于被支配的地位。……
