和諧校園視角下高校班主任工作

摘 要 “堅持以人為本，樹立全面、協調、可持續發展觀”，是以胡錦濤同志為總書記的黨中央對故革開放和社會主義現代化建設指導思想的新發展，是從新世紀新階段黨和國家事業發展全局出發提出的重大戰略構想，是全面建設小康社會的重要保證和根本指針，也是我國高校思想政治教育工作的重要指導以想。以利學發展觀指導學牛工作是高校在新形勢下實踐“三個代表”重要思想的內在需要，也是適應高校擴招，市場經濟發展新形勢下的新情況、新問題的必然要求。

崇尚和諧，一直以來就是構成中華民族精神的要素，是中國傳統文化的基本精神，是中國哲學的根本范疇，也是自古以來重要的政治社會理念。“建立和諧社會，達到全社會的和諧發展”是黨的十六大報告提出的一個新的重要思想，而高校是引領社會發展與文明的機構，理應擔負起構建和諧社會的重任。建設一個具備民主、科學、人文、開放的育人環境，建設和諧校園，體現了教育對人的終極關懷。和諧校園是和諧社會的重要組成部分，是推動學校更快更好發展的基本條件。

1 和諧校園的內涵

那么究竟何謂和諧校園？根據和諧社會的定義，和諧校園可以理解為是一種以和衷共濟、內和外順、協調發展為核心的素質教育模式，是以校園為紐帶的各種教育要素的全面、自由、協調、整體優化的育人氛圍，是學校教育各子系統及各要素間的協調運轉，是學校教育與社會教育、家庭教育和諧發展的教育合力，是以學生發展、教師發展、學校發展為宗旨的整體效應。……
