大學教師的教學危機與出路

摘 要 當前大學生日益嚴重的逃課現象表明，大學教師的教學存在著種種危機，導致危機的原因主要有知識更新較慢，課程內容針對性不夠強，手段落后方法單一等，最根本的是課程觀念滯后。克服危機的出路關鍵在于沖破傳統課程觀的束縛，更新教學手段，靈活運用多種教學方法，積極運用全新的現代課程觀關照課程教學。

Abstract Current college students skipping growing phenomenon expresses that there are all kinds of crisis in college teachers' teaching， the crisis is due mainly to slow to update their knowledge， course content targeted not strong enough， a single method such as backward， the most fundamental concepts behind the curriculum. way to overcome the crisis lies in breaking the shackles of the traditional curriculum， updating teaching methods， flexible use of various teaching methods， active use of the new concept of modern care teaching curriculum.

“所謂大學者，非謂有大樓之謂也，有大師之謂也”。然而大學生日趨嚴重的逃課現象無疑給大學教師敲響了警鐘，在高等教育迅速擴張的時代，面對突顯的社會考問的辦學質量問題，廣大的高等教育工作者尤其是身處一線的大學教師應當充滿危機感和緊迫感，努力尋找克服課堂教學危機的出路。

1 大學課程教學危機的表現

2006年，國內某權威機構組織的“大學教授講授本科課程的調查研究”結果顯示，8所著名研究型大學中只有49%的學生對所在院系的教學質量表示滿意；多達半數的學生表示，對大學三年來50%以上的課程不滿意。

2011年，中國青年報社會調查中心通過民意中國網和新浪網所做的一項調查發現，84.7%的受訪者坦言當前大學生逃課現象嚴重。受訪者中，31.1%的人是在校大學生，51.3%的人是已畢業大學生。（來源：新民晚報 2011年10月18日15:58）
