Project Overview: Bailin Town is a key industrial town of east Fujian Province and features a coastal highway and Wenfu Railroad extending in north-south direction. Nanpai Industrial Project Area is only 5 (a second-class road is connected with the inter-linking exit， which enables a direct and convenient transportation to the Project Area) and 15 kilometers away respectively from highway inter-linking exit at Bachimen and the city center. Bachimen 1000-dwt Terminal which is the inner part of Shacheng Port and where the Project Area is located links with all ports at home and abroad and thus enjoys convenient transportation on land and in water. This Project Area covers an area of 1500 mu and various supporting facilities for water and power supply here are under construction. Besides， pollution-free and high-tech enterprises will be invited to build plants for production as is planned.

Project Overview: The construction of Tieqiang New Dis- trict will further promote the implement of the city’s development strategy of “expanding eastward moving southward forwarding to the sea and promoting development surrounding Shacheng Port”. With clear definition of its functions， reasonable arrangement of all kinds of land， improvement of public facilities and an integrity of mountain and water landscape resources， Tieqiang New District will be constructed as a comprehensive new urban district with instinctive charms of mountain and sea， which multi-functions for headquarter office， leisure tourism， public culture， residence and life.

Construction Scale: Tieqiang New District covers an area of 600 hectares， among which the land for urban construction is planned to cover an area of 500 hectares.

Project Overview: Long’an Industrial Project Area is a large newly-developed industrial park， where over 40 enterprises have been launched and over 30 enterprises have gone into operation. A comprehensive sewage treatment plant is planned to be built in Long’an Town which has a population of more than 20 thousand. Covering an area of 80 mu， the sewage treatment plant is planned to have a daily capacity of treating 15，000 cubic meters of sewage in near further and 20，000 cubic meters of sewage in far further. The network is 15 kilometers long.

Project Overview: This project selects two spots to build cableway: one at Caibaocai Village and another near the square of Qinyu Railway Station because of their convenient transportation condition. The railway and Shalv Line (a provincial-level highway) will help to collect and distribute tourists so as to increase the reception capability of the scenic spot. This project will occupy a land of 220 mu( 40 mu for the building of hotels and parking lot， and 180 mu for the building of recreation and cableway service center).

Project Overview: More than 260 years ago， Cuijiao Ancient Houses was built in 1745， the 10th year Qianlong reign in Qing Dynasty. It is the largest and best preserved folk house at present in South China， which covers an area of 14，000 square meters with a total construction area of 5000 square meters. The building is grace and decent， combining the royal glory of imperial architecture with the exquisite taste of Jiangnan residential features. The ornamental， artistic and historical nature of this house can match with Yongding Earth Building， so it has been well known as the treasure and a \"living fossil” of Hua Hsia traditional residential houses. Cuijiao Ancient Houses is situated in Bailin Town which lies in Taimu Mountain National Key Scenic Area. It enjoys advantageous geographical position with 37km away from the downtown， convenient in traffic.

Construction Scale: The repaired area of the ancient houses occupies 10000 square meters; the construction of folk customs exhibition center and folk customs show should be carried out.

Project Overview: With Yangqin Secondary Road and Bachimen-Yangqi Road passing through， the project is 42 kilometers away from the downtown， 12 kilometers from Taimushan Railway Station and Taimushan Highway Interlinking Exit. Project Overview: In Diantou， one of Fujian’s largest teaproducing towns， there are over 30，000 mu of tea garden， producing over 21，000 tons green tea annually， and 80% of the famers’ household income comes from tea there. The town has more than 150 various tea industries and a specialized tea trade market on the Fujian-Zhejiang border. Covering an area of 8，000 square meters， the market has become the biggest specialized tea trade market in Fuding City with an annual transaction volume of 30，000 tons tea leaves and 8，000 tons dry tea. As the scale and capacity of the existing market have no longer satisfied the demand for the development of tea transaction and tea industry， a white tea cultural city is planed to be built in Shundian Village， which combines tea transaction， production， marketing， information service and tea cultural transmission as a whole.

Construction Scale: The project will cover an area of 300 mu. Tea trade center， white tea cultural street， fine tea museum， standardized production workshop will be built in the future. Total Investment: RMB 150 million
