摘要:以鮮活魚為餌料,分兩階段進行了大規(guī)格鱖魚(Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky)種苗的分級培育試驗。第一階段(鱖魚種苗全長0.6~1.5 cm)以人工繁育的團頭魴水花為餌料,進行水泥池鱖魚種苗一級培育,設(shè)置4 000、5 000、6 000尾/m2 3個密度梯度;第二階段(鱖魚種苗全長1.5~5.0 cm)以配套培育的麥鯪為餌料,進行池塘鱖魚種苗二級培育,設(shè)置60、75、90尾/m2 3個密度梯度。結(jié)果表明,第一階段以5 000尾/m2密度組的生長快、存活率較高(86.67%)、規(guī)格整齊,餌料魚規(guī)格為0.3~1.0 cm;第二階段以75尾/m2密度組的生長快、存活率較高(80.67%)、規(guī)格差異小,餌料魚規(guī)格為1.0~3.5 cm。因此,利用水泥池和池塘分級培育大規(guī)格鱖魚種苗可有效解決鱖魚種苗規(guī)模化培育的瓶頸。

Test of Large Size Seedling Cultivation of Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky

Abstract: Using the fresh fish as the feed, grade cultivation tests of large size Siniperca chuatsi seedling were performed in two stages. In the first stage, Wuchang bream was used as the feed, and the Siniperca chuatsi seedlings (length: 0.6~1.5 cm) were cultured in concrete pond using three different densities, including 4 000, 5 000 and 6 000 fish/m2. In the second stage, Cirrhinus mrigala was used as the feed, and the the Siniperca chuatsi seedlings (length: 1.5~5.0 cm) were cultured in pond also using three different densities, including 60, 75 and 90 fish/m2. The results showed that there was a maximal growth rate, relative high surviving rate (86.67%) and fewer fish size variation when the feeding fish length used was from 0.3 to 1.0 cm and the density was 5 000 fish/m2 in the first stage. And there was a maximal growth rate, relative high surviving rate (80.67%) and fewer fish size variation when the feeding fish length used was from 1.0 to 3.5 cm and the density was 75 fish/m2 in the second stage. Based on the results, large scale cultivation of Siniperca chuatsi seedlings could overcome the bottlenecks.

鱖魚(Siniperca chuatsi Basilewsky)是原產(chǎn)于我國的淡水名貴魚,具有體形優(yōu)美、肉質(zhì)細嫩、味道鮮美、營養(yǎng)豐富的特性,自古就有“海中梭,江中鰣,河中鱖”之說[1]。長江中游地區(qū)是鱖魚種質(zhì)資源的主要發(fā)源地,其流域湖泊群是鱖魚天然的棲息地和肥育場所。擁有“兩江”與享有“千湖之省”美譽的湖北省具備發(fā)展鱖魚產(chǎn)業(yè)的資源和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢[2]。近年來,鱖魚的人工繁殖技術(shù)已較為成熟[3,4],全國鱖魚養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)化飛速發(fā)展,但大規(guī)格種苗的產(chǎn)量遠遠跟不上養(yǎng)殖戶的增長需求[5]。本試驗通過水泥池和池塘兩級培育研究了批量培育大規(guī)格鱖魚種苗的技術(shù),旨在促進鱖魚養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗魚
