Frank Prasmo, General Manager of Lexington Shenyang Rich Gate Hotel of Vantage Hospitality Group, is a hotel management expert with 17 years of experience in operations, finance, strategic planning and renovation, sales and marketing. Born and educated in Germany, Prasmo has gained the title of certified hotel administrator by the American Hotel and Motel Association.

With a wealth of hospitality experience in nine countries including Germany, France, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Indonesia, Thailand, Egypt and China, Prasmo has become a result-driven and dynamic leader with a track record of increasing customer bases and minimizing costs in a highly competitive hospitality industry environment. He is highly proficient in analyzing existing procedures and identifying deficiencies to develop strategic improvement plans.

Lexington Shenyang Rich Gate Hotel is one of the market leaders in the Shenyang hospitality market. Due to being prepared to go the extra mile in service and being customer-oriented the hotel has achieved outstanding operational results, always bearing in mind that as a successful enterprise the hotel has as well a social responsibility towards the community and to his employees. “As a general manager, who has been around in many countries I say ... we must go back to the roots. In other words we

must value the guest; we need to be more seen on the floor (operations). Do not overcharge the guest for things which are common such as Internet,” said Prasmo, who has introduced the new concept “New Life”to his hotel management.
