“明天的天氣怎么樣？”的雙語教學

【設計思路Design Ideas】

本課教學的基本思想是以英語為主要教學語言，建立英語語言環境，充分運用多媒體教學手段，以地理學科知識為內容，進行半浸型雙語教學。

本課的主要特點是：利用多媒體課件、結合生活體會，調動學生的興趣，激發學生自主學習的熱情，同時利用PPT課件、教學卡片、簡易掛圖的多種教學媒介，設計豐富多彩的活動，有利于教學內容的內化。教師將英語課堂用語貫穿到點撥、提問、課堂活動、評價、知識整合等一系列教學過程中，創設更多的語言情境。并適時適量地滲透學科術語的英語詞匯，增加學生的英語詞匯量。

1.通過繪制weather symbols（天氣符號），識別常用天氣符號。

2.通過探究wind symbols （風的符號），識別風的符號。

3.通過模擬weather report（天氣預報），讀懂簡單的weather chart（天氣圖）。

4.通過收看電視天氣預報，讀懂satellite cloud image（衛星云圖）。

5.在英語語言學習環境中，既獲得地理知識，又提高英語聽說能力；

師：安排學生講一個有關天氣的故事，再請同學播報一下第二天的天氣預報，引出本節的title（標題）What’s the weather like tomorrow?（明天的天氣怎么樣？）
