◆詢問人的外貌

詢問人的外貌時,我們常用 “What+do/does+主語+look like?”這一句型,其中助動詞用do還是does取決于主語人稱和數的變化:當主語是第三人稱單數或單數名詞時,用does;當主語是其他人稱或復數名詞時,用do。

◆描述人的外貌

描述人的外貌時,我們不僅可以從身高、體重方面去描述,也可以從發型、面部特征方面去說明,還可以從著裝方面去介紹。

1.從身高、體重方面:

My uncle is medium height.

我叔叔中等身材。

Our English teacher is medium build.

我們英語老師中等個兒。

I am a little bit heavy. 我有點胖。

2.從發型、面部特征方面:

Jack has curly hair. 杰克有一頭卷發。

My P.E. teacher has a beard.

我們的體育老師留著胡須。

3.從著裝方面:

They are wearing uniforms.
