摘 要:闡述了黃山新安江大型鋼壩閘控制系統的設計原則、系統結構、功能和軟硬件特點。考慮到新安江大型鋼壩閘控制的重要程度,從安全可靠運行的角度出發,選用了先進的、穩定的、有成功經驗的控制系統。根據新安江鋼壩閘的要求和特點,采用了當前工控領域比較先進的技術和設備,使其成為具有國際先進水平,又能充分滿足各方面實用要求的成熟可靠的控制系統。

Design of Control System for Heavy Steel Dam Gates

Abstract: The design principles, system structure, function and hardware and software features of the control system, for the heavy steel dam gates in Huangshan Xin'anjiang are elaborated. Taking into account the importance of the heavy steel dam gate control and proceeding from the perspective of safety and reliability, an advanced, stable and successful control system is selected. The advanced technology and equipments in the current industrial filed are adopted in accordance with the requirements and characteristics of Xin'anjiang steel dam gates for making them to reach the international advanced level. The design meets all practical requirements of mature and reliable control system.

0 引 言
隨著我國城市用水、景觀建設及環境整治和灌溉、發電的需要,在水利水電建設中水閘和橡膠壩得到廣泛的運用。由于橡膠壩運行管理較復雜、安全性差、橡膠易老化等弊端,質量事故發生率高。而鋼結構閘門是一種新型可調控溢流壩,它由土建結構、帶固定軸的鋼性壩體、驅動裝置設備等組成[1]。這種構筑物適合于河道孔口較寬(20~300 m)而水位差比較小的工況(2~8 m),由于可以立壩蓄水,臥壩行洪排澇,還可以利用壩頂過水,形成人工瀑布的景觀效果,因此在越來越多的水利建設工程中得到應用。本文介紹了黃山新安江大型鋼壩閘控制系統的設計體會,該系統具有很好的可靠性、穩定性和實時性,符合控制系統危險分散的原則。
1 系統介紹
黃山新安江鋼壩閘共有5孔,每孔寬度為46 m,擋水高度為48 m。鋼壩閘門向下游一側傾倒,臥倒后行洪。門頂(站立時)過水高度最大值為40 cm,以形成瀑布景觀效果。行洪時閘門以上設計水深為778 m。……
