摘 要:提出了IR2132驅動器在三相逆變器中的應用。采用數字信號處理器對電源系統進行全數字控制,通過改變PWM波形的脈沖寬度和調制周期可以達到調壓和變頻的目的。采用功率MOSFET和IGBT專用驅動芯片IR2132驅動三相橋式逆變電路。 介紹了IR2132驅動電路的特點、內部結構、工作原理和基于IR2132構成的三相逆變電路結構,并提出了一種新型實用的預制相位PWM數字控制方案,取代了傳統的模擬驅動電路和模塊化橋臂電路設計,降低了開發成本,并融合了多元化的保護功能使逆變電源系統的驅動電路變得簡單可靠。

IR2132 Drive and Its Application in Three-phase Inverter

Abstract: The application of IR2132 drives in three-phase inverters is proposed, in which the fully digital control over the power supply systems is performed by digital signal processors, the variation of the voltage and frequency is achieved by changing the pulse width of PWM waveform and modulation period, and the three-phase bridge inverter circuit is drived by the aid of power MOSFET and IGBT dedicated driving chip IR2132. The IR2132 drive circuit characteristics, internal structure, working principle and the three-phase inverter circuit structure based on IR2132 are introduced. A new scheme of practical pre-phase PWM digital control is proposed, which replaces the traditional analog drive circuit and the modularization bridge arm circuit, reduces the development cost, and makes the drive circuits of inverting power-supply systems with the incorporation of diversification protection functions simple and reliable.

0 引 言
逆變器已廣泛用于交流電氣傳動、UPS等許多技術領域中,其主電路開關器件常采用IGBT或MOSFET等全控型器件,該類器件的開關動作需要靠獨立的驅動電路來實現,并要求驅動電路的供電電源彼此隔離(如單相橋式逆變主電路需3組獨立電源,三相橋式逆變主電路需4組獨立電源)[1-2],這無疑增加輔助電源的設計困難和成本,同時也使驅動電路變得復雜,降低了逆變器的可靠性。采用如EXB840等專用厚膜集成驅動電路芯片雖然可以簡化驅動電路的設計,但每個驅動芯片仍需要一個隔離的供電電源,且每個芯片僅可驅動一個功率開關器件,應用仍有不便[3-5]。而美國國際整流器公司生產的專用驅動芯片IR2132只需1個供電電源即可驅動三相橋式逆變電路的6個功率開關器件,可以使整個驅動電路變得簡單可靠[6]。……
