摘 要:把ICA技術(shù)用于無(wú)線通信/雷達(dá)信號(hào)中消除多頻混合噪聲。分析了無(wú)線通信/雷達(dá)回波信號(hào)的特點(diǎn),建立了期望信號(hào)和聯(lián)合噪聲信號(hào)混合模型和獨(dú)立分量分析(ICA)模型,討論了獨(dú)立觀測(cè)器的構(gòu)成方法。用改進(jìn)了的FastICA算法對(duì)此進(jìn)行了仿真。結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用這種分離混合信號(hào)方法取得了良好的效果,可以獲得幾乎純凈的源信號(hào),且放寬了各路信號(hào)的幅度比范圍和信號(hào)類型的范圍。該方法適用性強(qiáng),抗干擾功能和性能佳,可以推廣到其他相關(guān)信號(hào)處理中。

Multi-frequency Mixture Noise of Wireless Wave and Radar Signal Eliminated by ICA Method

Abstract: The ICA technology is used to eliminate the multi-frequency mixture noise in wireless communication and radar signal. The characteristics of wireless communication and radar echo signal are analyzed, the mixture models combined expectation signal with the joint noise signal and the ICA model are built, the construction of independent observer is discussed, the improved FastICA algorithmis simulated on above-mentioned. Results prove that a well effect and almost pure source signal can be acquired, and the range of amplitude ratio and signal types of each signal is enlarged by the mixture signals separation method. The method in the textual possesses has anti-jamming ability and it is can be applied to other related signal processing.

0 引 言
通信和雷達(dá)回波信號(hào)中疊加有多種噪聲,嚴(yán)重時(shí)將淹沒(méi)有用信號(hào),因而如何消除此類噪聲成為人們研究的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。雷達(dá)信號(hào)處理中常用對(duì)消的方法來(lái)消除噪聲,或用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法來(lái)檢測(cè)信號(hào)。一般抑制噪聲的手段是采用濾波的方法。如帶通濾波、非線性濾波[1]、卡爾曼濾波[2] 等方法,均能收到較好的效果。實(shí)踐證明,濾波方法不能極大限度地消除某些噪聲(如通帶內(nèi)噪聲),過(guò)度濾波有時(shí)也將對(duì)有用信號(hào)造成損傷。
盲源分離(Blind Source Separation,BSS)技術(shù)是一種信號(hào)處理的最新技術(shù),它是指在未知源信號(hào)和傳輸通道參數(shù)(混合情況)的情況下,根據(jù)觀測(cè)信號(hào)的統(tǒng)計(jì)特性通過(guò)算法恢復(fù)出源信號(hào)各個(gè)獨(dú)立成分的理論和技術(shù)。獨(dú)立分量分析(ICA)是BSS的一種成熟的技術(shù)和算法。文獻(xiàn)[3-4]將獨(dú)立分量分析用于提高抗干擾性能進(jìn)行了有益的嘗試?!?br>
