摘 要:通過油田數(shù)字化建設(shè)實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程視頻監(jiān)控、闖入預(yù)警、功圖法計(jì)量、電子巡井、數(shù)據(jù)采集等功能,建立起一套現(xiàn)代化的管理決策系統(tǒng)。如何保障數(shù)據(jù)從復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)場地理環(huán)境中傳輸?shù)礁鱾€(gè)井站管理平臺(tái)是信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)的難點(diǎn)。通過對(duì)油區(qū)地理位置和各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸技術(shù)分析研究,通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)應(yīng)用,選擇無線Mesh網(wǎng)絡(luò)組網(wǎng)技術(shù)為實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,并就無線Mesh網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在油田應(yīng)用情況做以闡述。

Analysis of Wireless Mesh Network Technology Applied in the Oil Field

Abstract: A modern management decision-making system is established through remote video monitoring, intrusion warning,power diagram measurement, electronic inspection, data collection and other functions, which are realized by the digital construction in the oil field. A good construction of information networks is needed to ensure the data transmission from the complex physical environment to the well stations management platform. Through the research on location of oildom, analysis of various network transmission technologies and the experimental application, the networking technology of wireless Mesh network is the best measure.

0 引 言
伴隨數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集、設(shè)備自動(dòng)控制、視頻遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊傳輸?shù)纫幌盗屑夹g(shù)在油田的推廣應(yīng)用,新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)需求也越來越突出,尤其是在黃土高原地貌特征下,海拔一般為1 200~1 600 m,溝壑縱橫,自然條件惡劣,地域分布廣闊,使有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)尤為困難,特別是把巨大數(shù)量的油水井井場數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)骄荆绻ㄔO(shè)有線傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),不但工程量大、投資大,而且建設(shè)周期長。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀,技術(shù)人員對(duì)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸技術(shù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,目前主要有:無線點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)(Point to Point)網(wǎng)絡(luò),也稱為Ad-Hoc模式,靠“無線路由器+無線網(wǎng)卡”來完成數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,主要應(yīng)用在辦公樓內(nèi)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸;第二種就是移動(dòng)通信中大量用到CDMA無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)和GPRS無線網(wǎng)絡(luò),他們主要區(qū)別在基站的射頻信號(hào)不同、編碼方式不同,其后臺(tái)處理功能相類似。這種通信方式不適合油田企業(yè)內(nèi)容應(yīng)用,建設(shè)和運(yùn)營成本比較高,要建立基站,無線端末設(shè)備……
