醫(yī)院藥學人員的繼續(xù)教育和知識結構更新

[摘要] 目的 提高醫(yī)院藥學服務質量，更好地為患者服務。方法在了解醫(yī)院藥學人才現(xiàn)狀的基礎上，提出對醫(yī)院藥學人員的繼續(xù)教育和知識結構更新的幾點建議。結果醫(yī)院藥學人才的工作能力參差不齊、藥師在醫(yī)院藥劑科的知識結構參差不齊。結論 加強對醫(yī)療機構藥學人員的宏觀管理，把提高專業(yè)素質作為管理部門的重要職責，創(chuàng)造條件提高藥學人員的學歷水平，鼓勵藥學人員從事專業(yè)研究。

[Abstract] Objective To implement pharmaceutical care and improve health service for patients in hospital . Methods Give some suggestions of continuingto update the knowledge structure and education of pharmacy staff in hospital， on the the basis of understanding the status quo of hospital pharmacy personnel. Results The abilityof hospital pharmacy personnel is uneven，and pharmacists in the knowledge structure of the Hospital Pharmacyis uneven. ConclusionTightening up the management to the staffs is necessary to raise their educational background andprofessional quality level . Pharmaceutical staffs should be encouraged to partake in scientific research .

人才是任何一個企業(yè)、事業(yè)單位發(fā)展的基石，作為醫(yī)院來說，是醫(yī)院藥學發(fā)展的決定性因素。隨著國家對醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)的改革不斷深入，醫(yī)院藥學的形式和內容都在發(fā)生著變化，而這一變化源于醫(yī)療服務模式和觀念的轉變。因此對藥學工作者在職業(yè)道德、專業(yè)技術及管理和科研等方面提出了更高的要求，本文通過對目前醫(yī)院藥學人員的現(xiàn)狀分析，為他們的繼續(xù)教育和知識結構更新提出建議。

1醫(yī)院藥學人才的現(xiàn)狀分析

隨著社會的進步，醫(yī)院藥學知識用于臨床的空間越來越大，非合理用藥、藥品過敏、藥源性疾病等成為醫(yī)院藥學的新課題。這就對藥學人員提出更高的要求。

1.1醫(yī)院藥學人才的工作能力參差不齊

中國有著濃厚的文化底蘊，在社會的發(fā)展中，各類人才文化程度相差甚遠，尤其是在事業(yè)性很強的地方譬如說醫(yī)院藥劑科，由于醫(yī)院藥劑……
