[摘要] 目的觀察羥丁酸鈉(Sodium Hydroxybutyrate,SH)對氟比洛芬酯(Flurbiprofen axetil,FA)鎮痛作用的影響。方法 將實驗小鼠分為SN組(羥丁酸鈉和生理鹽水組)、NF組(生理鹽水和氟比洛芬酯組)以及SF組(羥丁酸鈉和氟比洛芬酯合用組),用熱板法和扭體法觀察羥丁酸鈉對氟比洛芬酯鎮痛作用小鼠熱板痛域(HPPT)和扭體次數的影響。結果 與NF組相比,SF組的HPPT在 30、45、60 min的HPPT顯著增高(P<0.05),扭體次數顯著減少(P<0.05)。結論 100 mg/kg的羥丁酸鈉能夠增強20 mg/kg的氟比洛芬酯的鎮痛作用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of sodium hydroxybutyrate on analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil. Methods 60 Kunming Jimpy mice were divided into 2 groups.30 accepted hot-plate method and another 30 accepted stretching method.Each group was randomly divided into 3 groups furtherly: Group SN (sodium Sydroxybutyrate combined with sodium chloride) and group NF(sodium chloride combined with flurbiprofen axetil) and group SF (sodium hydroxybutyrate combined with flurbiprofen axetil).Pain threshold in hot-plate test (HPPT) and the number of stretching times were observed. ResultsCompared with group NF, HPPT in group SF increased significantly at 30, 45 and 60 min (P<0.05) and the number of stretching times in group SF reduced significantly (P<0.05).ConclusionThe dose of 100 mg/kg sodium hydroxybutyrate can enhance the analgesic effect of the dose of 20 mg/kg flurbiprofen axetil.

氟比洛芬酯(Flurbiprofen axetil,FA)是一種臨床應用的非甾體類抗炎新藥,是一種靜脈制劑,由脂微球和其所包裹的氟比洛芬組成,主要用于腫瘤及手術所致疼痛的治療。有關資料表明氟比洛芬酯是目前臨床應用的惟一具有靶向性的鎮痛藥,可以減少阿片類藥物的用量及副作用[1-2]。但其鎮痛作用具有“封頂效應”單獨使用往往不能充分緩解大手術早期的疼痛[3]。而羥丁酸鈉(Sodium Hydroxybutyrate,SH)是一種非巴比妥類靜脈麻醉藥,無明顯毒性,國內常用于靜脈復合或靜吸復合全麻,其本身對人無麻醉鎮痛作用,但對小鼠有一定鎮痛效應[4],且能增強其他麻醉劑、鎮痛劑、精神安定劑的效果[5-6]。本實驗分別通過扭體法和熱板法來探究羥丁酸鈉是否能增強氟比洛芬酯的鎮痛作用。
1實驗材料和方法
1.1實驗動物
健康昆明種小鼠,體重18-30g,由徐州醫學院動物實驗中心提供。
1.2藥物與儀器
氟比洛芬酯注射液(北京泰德制藥有限公司生產,批號:060301,規格:10ml/2.5g);羥丁酸鈉注射液(上海旭東海普藥業有限公司生產,批號:5047T,規格:5ml/50mg)。……
