搖滾樂、中國民間音樂對小鼠學習記憶的影響

[摘要] 目的 觀察搖滾樂、中國民間音樂對小鼠學習記憶的影響。方法 按分層隨機區組設計將經過篩選、智力相近的60只昆明小鼠分為兩大組，每組30只，分別用于跳臺實驗和避暗實驗，每種實驗方法又分為3小組(n=10):對照組、梁祝組、搖滾組。使用中國民間音樂小提琴協奏曲《梁山伯與祝英臺》和Avril Lavigne演唱的搖滾樂《girl friend》進行音樂刺激，每天2小時，連續7天，早晨播放音樂，中午測試跳臺和避暗實驗成績。結果 在跳臺試驗中，第三天梁祝組和搖滾組小鼠學習記憶成績明顯高于對照組(P <0.05)。結論 在本實驗條件下未發現音樂對小鼠學習記憶有明顯影響，只在個別時間點提高學習記憶成績。

Rock， Chinese folk music on learning and memory in mice

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of rock and Chinese folk music on the memory of mice. Methods According to a stratified random design will be screened， intelligence similar 60 Kunming mice were divided into two groups， 30 each. platform， respectively， for experiments and passive avoidance test， each experimental method for each group is divided into 3 groups (n=10): The control group， Butterfly Lovers Group and Rock group. The use of Chinese folk music violin concer to Butterfly Lovers and Avril Lavigne concert rock girl friend for music to stimulate， two hours per day， for seven days. Play music every morning， test platform and dark law respectively at noon. Results In the platform trials， on the third day， Butterfly Lovers Group platform， Rock group platform of learning and memory in mice result was significantly higher than the control group platform(P<0.05).Conclusion During the experimental conditions， we can not find two pieces of music on learning and memory in mice has a significant influence， only in the individual time points it found can improve learning and memory performance.

學習記憶是腦的高級神經生理活動之一，是衡量動物智力發育的重要指標[1]。人的學習記憶除了與情緒、興趣和內分泌、行為訓練等有關外，還受氣候、噪音等諸多環境因素的影響。長期以來，人們注意到音樂對人的情緒、行為的影響，且把音樂用于教育(胎期和生后)和疾病治療等方面[2]。中國民樂以其獨特的音律美與節奏美深刻的影響著人們的生活，搖滾樂則以其強烈的節奏，奔放的旋律深受青少年的喜愛。那么長期聽這兩種音樂對學習記憶會產生何種影響呢?本實驗采用跳臺實驗和避暗實驗觀察小鼠接受這兩種音樂刺激后學習記憶的改變情況。

1材料和方法

1.1實驗動物

昆明種小鼠(清潔級，徐州醫學院實驗動物中心提供，合格證號SYXK(蘇)2002-0038)，雌雄各半，體重(22±30)g。……
