探討手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作不安全因素與防范措施

[摘要] 目的 探討手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作的不安全因素，制定相應(yīng)的防范措施，及時(shí)消除手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作中的安全隱患，提高手術(shù)室護(hù)理水平，保障手術(shù)質(zhì)量和患者生命安全，防止護(hù)理差錯(cuò)，避免發(fā)生護(hù)理事故和糾紛。方法 分析手術(shù)室實(shí)際工作中潛在的不安全因素，然后提出護(hù)理措施并實(shí)施。結(jié)果 使手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作制度化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化，從而避免或減少了護(hù)理差錯(cuò)、事故的發(fā)生，避免了護(hù)患糾紛的發(fā)生。結(jié)論 手術(shù)室的護(hù)理工作與病人的生命息息相關(guān)，針對(duì)護(hù)理工作中的不安全因素，制定相應(yīng)的防范措施，及時(shí)消除潛在的安全隱患，才能提高手術(shù)室護(hù)理水平，保障手術(shù)質(zhì)量和患者生命安全，才能防止護(hù)理差錯(cuò)，避免發(fā)生護(hù)理事故和糾紛。

Discuss of unsafe factors and preventive measures of operating room nursing

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the unsafe factors in operating room nursing work，make appropriate preventive measures and eliminate safety problems in the operating room nursing care timely ，improve the level of the operating room care， guarantee the quality of the surgery and safety of patients， prevent nursing errors care and avoid accidents and disputes. Methods The potential insecurity factors of the actual work in the operating room were analyzed， and then propose and implement nursing care. Results The operating room care was made institutionalization， standardization and thereby avoided or reduced the incidence of nursing errors， incidents， avoided the occurrence of disputes between nurses and patients. Conclusion The operating room of the nursing work is closely with the patient's life， according to the insecurity factors of nursing， make appropriate preventive measures and eliminate the potential security risks in order to improve the level of the operating room care and guarantee the quality of surgery and patient safety to prevent errors and avoid the incidence of accidents and disputes.

手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作的特殊性和重要性，不僅要求護(hù)士高精的業(yè)務(wù)水平，而且需要嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、規(guī)范、安全的護(hù)理服務(wù)體系，在任何環(huán)節(jié)上都不能疏忽，否則會(huì)給患者帶來心理或身體上的損害和障礙，給患者造成痛苦，甚至危及到生命安全[1]。隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步，醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革的不斷深化，人們的法律觀念和自我保護(hù)意識(shí)也不斷增強(qiáng)。因此，我們加強(qiáng)手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作的安全防范意識(shí)，對(duì)手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作的不安全因素進(jìn)行分析和探討，并制定切實(shí)可行的防范措施，進(jìn)一步提高了手術(shù)室護(hù)理質(zhì)量，杜絕了護(hù)理差錯(cuò)事故的發(fā)生。
