信息咨詢業的SWOT分析

〔摘 要〕咨詢實質上是信息的獲取、加工和傳遞的過程。SWOT分析法是行業內部的一種根據企業自身的既定內在條件進行分析，找出企業的優勢、劣勢及核心競爭力之所在，從而將公司的戰略與公司內部資源、外部環境有機結合。信息咨詢業是近年來新興行業，它是信息業和咨詢業相結合的結果。在這個行業仍有許多潛力，優點，當然也存在著不足之處。本文用SWOT分析法揭示信息咨詢業的優劣之勢。

1 信息咨詢業的SWOT分析

1.1 信息咨詢的內部優勢我們應該樂觀地看到，我國的信息咨詢業有許多國外大型信息咨詢機構暫時難以替代的比較優勢，在新時期的信息咨詢市場中應能大有所為。

1.1.1 信息資源比較豐富自1997年以來我國實施“政府上網工程”，使得政府信息資源向全社會開放，極大地豐富了信息咨詢業運行所需的信息資源。由于這種信息資源的開發成本、利用成本大為降低，有效地提高了信息咨詢業的生產經營效率[2]。此外，我國信息咨詢行業熟悉國情政策，比較了解熟悉行業的現實情況，能使咨詢服務配送更加對口，直接到位。

1.1.2 服務費用相對低廉相對于國外信息咨詢機構而言，我國信息咨詢企業提供服務時，憑借先天的地理優勢和資源優勢，運作成本相對較低，運行過程簡約便捷，因而服務費用大大降低，令國外同行嘆為觀止。
