[摘要] 目的 探討健康人群肱-踝動脈脈搏波傳導速度(brachial-ankle artery pulse wave velocity,BaPWV)的改變及其影響因素。方法 用全自動動脈硬化測定儀測定健康人BaPWV 451例,按照性別分為男、女兩組,按照年齡分為三組,了解性別、年齡、血壓、體重指數等臨床指標與BaPWV的相關性。結果 ①男性PWV比女性高(P<0.05)。②BaPWV隨年齡增加而逐漸增加(P<0.01)。③直線相關分析表明:年齡、體重指數、收縮壓、舒張壓、脈壓、心率與PWV相關(P<0.01)。結論 男性BaPWV高于女性.并隨年齡增高而增加;且與年齡、收縮壓、舒張壓、脈壓、心率、體重指數呈正相關。

[Abstract] Objective to study the BaPWV changes and their impact factors with the healthy
population. Methods Four hundred fifty-one healthy persons were enrolled into this research and put into 3 groups according to their ages and divided into two groups based on sex between men and and women. The BaPWV of each person was tested by the full-automatic arteriosclerosis diagnostic instrument, and analyzed the correlation of BaPWV and other clinical indexes including age, blood pressure, BMI. Results ①The values of BaPWV was higher in male than those in female(P<0.01). ②BaPWV increased alonge with the ages(P<0.01). ③Linear correlation analysis showed that BaPWV was correlated with age, BMI, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulsepressure and heart rate(P<0.01). Conclusion BaPWV in healthy subjects influenced by gender and age,which are higher in male than in female and increase along with age.BaPWV is positively correlated with age, systolic pressure,diastolic pressure ,pulse pressure,heart rate and BMI.

動脈彈性的減退是心血管病危險的重要標志之一[1,2]。肱-踝動脈脈搏波傳導速度(BaPWV)是外周動脈硬化的重要指標。本研究旨在探討年齡和性別對BaPWV的影響,及其各種影響因素與BaPWV的關系,為預防各種心血管疾病提供理論依據。
1對象與方法
1.1對象
選取鄭州人民醫院2008年7-11月來本院體檢并接受全自動動脈硬化測定儀檢查的健康人451例,男229例,女222例,年齡30-75歲。選擇對象符合以下條件:①確診無重要疾病,如心、腦血管疾病,糖尿病,肝、腎疾病等;②30d內未服影響心血管系統藥。受檢者按照性別分為兩組,按照年齡分為3個組:30-45歲組 (男:女=42:22);46-60歲組(男:女=117:60);61-75歲組(男:女=130:80);組間性別構成比無明顯差異。
1.2儀器、原理及使用方法
應用全自動動脈硬化測定儀(日本科林公司)測定,研究對象取仰臥位, 靜息15 min,選擇右側頸總動脈和股動脈(或橈動脈、足背動脈)作為測量部位,將壓力感受器置于頸動脈和股動脈(或橈動脈、足背動脈)搏動最明顯處,測量這兩點的體表距離輸入計算機。PWV測定10個連續搏動,包括一個完整的呼吸周期。連續記錄16個脈搏波傳導速度測值,去掉3個最大值和3個最小值,剩余10個測值的平均值為最后測定值。……
