擬黑多赤螞蟻抗衰老實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]目的 明確擬黑多赤螞蟻抗衰老的途徑。方法 將大鼠隨機(jī)平均分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組口服擬黑多赤螞蟻粉膠囊,對(duì)照組口服淀粉膠囊,三個(gè)月處死動(dòng)物,通過(guò)測(cè)量血清中SOD、CAT活性,肝腦組織中LPO含量,明確擬黑多赤螞蟻對(duì)大鼠體內(nèi)SOD、CAT活性,LPO含量的影響。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組血清中SOD、CAT活性(10.46±0.5139.89±0.85)較對(duì)照組血清中SOD、CAT活性(9.68±0.3038.85±2.34)增高,P<0.05實(shí)驗(yàn)組肝腦組織中LPO含量(170.57±3.63160.56±3.64)較對(duì)照組肝腦組織中LPO含量(195.08±2.17185.12±2.33)降低,P<0.05結(jié)論 擬黑多赤螞蟻通過(guò)升高SOD、CAT活性,降低LPO含量來(lái)抗衰老。

The effect of the anti-aging of the the Polyrhachis vicina Roger

[Abstract] Objective To find the way of the resisting caducity of the Polyrhachis vicina Roger .Methods The rat is shared into the experimental group and the controlsgroup randomly.The rat of the experimental group is fed on the capsule of thepower of the Polyrhachis vicina Roger and the rat of the controls group is fed on the starch of the capsule . To put to death of the rat after three months . Through measuring the activity of the SOD and CAT in the serum and the content of the LPO in the liver and the brain,to explicit the effect of SOD and CAT the activity of and the content of the LPO in the body of the rat. Results The activity of SOD and CAT in serum of experimental group is higher than the control group's. The content of LPO in the liver and the brain of control group is higher than the experimental group's.Conclusion Through increasing the activity of the SOD and CAT and through decreasing the content of the LPO, the Polyrhachis vicina Rogeranti-aging caducity.

祖國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)認(rèn)為:螞蟻具有抗衰老的功效。現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)認(rèn)為:人的衰老是由于體內(nèi)自由基濃度過(guò)高造成的。擬黑多刺螞蟻體內(nèi)含有豐富的草體蟻醛、多種酶、輔酶、維生素及氨基酸、蛋白質(zhì)和錳、鋅、鐵、銅、硒等人體所需的多種微量元素[1]。通過(guò)給老年大鼠口服擬黑多刺螞蟻粉膠囊,測(cè)量動(dòng)物血清中SOD、CAT活性,肝腦組織中LPO含量。明確擬黑多赤螞蟻抗衰老機(jī)制。

1材料和方法

1.1動(dòng)物

老年雄性wistar大鼠,黑龍江省獸研提供擬黑多刺螞蟻(金陵老年病醫(yī)院提供)

1.2衰老模型的制備[9]

大鼠每日頸背部皮下注射(sc)5%D一半乳糖生理鹽水溶液0.5mL/只,連續(xù)6周。給藥器械需經(jīng)高壓蒸汽滅菌,每只鼠注射前需用75%酒精搽拭注射針頭。普通飼料常規(guī)飼養(yǎng)。

1.3方法

將老年大鼠40只隨機(jī)平均分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組每次2粒每天三次給予擬黑多赤螞蟻膠囊,對(duì)照組每次2粒每天三次給予淀粉膠囊,三個(gè)月心腔取血處死動(dòng)物。心腔取血,分離出血清。將肝腦分別制成10%組織勻漿,5000g離心10分鐘,分別混勻沸浴30min迅速冷卻離心10min。……
