中間型軟組織腫瘤術后放射臨床療效隨訪

[摘要] 目的 探討中間型軟組織腫瘤術后復發的因素,放射治療對其復發的影響。方法 回顧性分析16例中間型軟組織腫瘤診治過程及復發情況。結果 隨訪3年,目前1例復發死亡,其他15例無1例復發。結論 對中間型軟組織腫瘤認識不足,手術切除不徹底,擴大根治不規范,術后未行放射治療是其復發的預后因素。

A search for the radiotherapy to middle soft tissue tumor

[Abstract] Objective To search for the courses of the middle soft tissue tumor treated recurs, the article discussed the factors of recur, and the radiotherapy influences.Methods The review analysised process of diagnosis and the recurs situation of 16 cases with middle soft tissue tumor.Results 15 patients received routine widespread excision methods and added partial radiotherapy, all of them were no recured after 3 years followde-up visit. Conclusion The recurs factors probably were: the the knownages insufficiency to the Middle soft tissue tumor, the surgery excises for the first time is not thorough, the expansion permanently cures not standard; has not accepted the radiotherapy after surgical department excises.

中間型軟組織腫瘤是一種少見的臨床腫瘤,發病率比較低,大約占腫瘤發病率的3%-6%;但近年來發病率有增高的趨勢,所以逐漸被腫瘤專科醫師所重視。本文通過對我科2006年10月-2008年10月收治的16例中間型軟組織腫瘤病人的治療方式進行分析,結合放療后3年隨訪,探討導致中間型軟組織腫瘤放射治療的療效和預后因素。

1對象與方法

1.1病例選擇

2006年10月-2008年10月我院收治了五種類型的中間型軟組織腫瘤[2],共16例患者,均經病理學證實。患者的一般情況見表1。

1.2放療技術

全部患者采用直線加速器放射治療,一般在手術傷口完全愈合拆線后1-2周內開始施行放射治療,8例常規外照射,照射野包括CT或MRI所示腫瘤床外3-5cm的范圍或手術切緣外>2cm的范圍[3],在X線模擬定位機上定位,分割劑量DT=2Gy,先用X線對穿野等中心照射或切線野照射,然后根據腫瘤深度選用6-12MeV電子線單野照射總劑量DT=50-60Gy。對……
