中藥及其制劑致腎損害190例文獻分析

[摘要] 目的 了解中藥及其制劑致腎損害的發生情況及臨床特點。方法 檢索維普數據庫以及中國醫院數字圖書館期刊全文庫(1989年1月-2009年1月)中藥及其制劑致腎損害190例,進行整理、匯總并統計分析。結果 中藥及其制劑致腎損害190例中,男84例(占44%),女106例(占56%)。190例中好轉98例(占51.85%),治愈59例(占31.05%),進入慢性腎衰竭期18例(占9.47%),腎移植4例(占2.21%),死亡8例(占4.21%),自動出院3例(占1.58%)。結論 臨床醫師、藥師應了解中藥及其制劑所致腎損害的規律和特點, 加強其應用的監測, 以減少腎損害的發生。

Analysis of 190 Chinese medicine and its preparation related renal damage reports

[Abstract] Objective To understand Chinese medicine and its preparation to the occurrence of renal damage and clinical characteristics. Methods all cases of 190 Chinese medicine and its preparation related renal damage in VIP Database and China Hospital Digital Library Journal Full-text Database (January 1989-January 2009) analyzed. Results all of the 190 cases,84(44%)occurred in male subjects and 106(56%) in femal subject, among which 98 cases (51.82% )improved, 59 cases (31.05% )cured,18 cases developed to Chronic Renal Failure(9.47%),4 cases transplanted with kidneys (2.21%), 8 cases were death(4.21%),3 cases were automatic discharge (1.58%).Conclusion Doctors and pharmacists should know the pattern and characteristics of some Chinese medicine and its preparation related renal damage, and the use of some Chinese medicine and its preparation should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious renal damage.

中藥致腎損害自1993年比利時學者及日本學者同期報道,因服用含中藥成分的減肥藥,造成腎小管間質損害后引起國內外學者的廣泛關注[1]。中藥引起腎損害已成為國內外醫學界廣泛關注的一個“焦點”話題, 愈來愈引起人們的高度重視。本文對國內文獻報道中有關中藥及其制劑致腎損害的案例進行統計分析,目的在于引起臨床醫生及患者的重視,為臨床合理用藥提供一些指導。

1資料與方法

通過計算機檢索維普數據庫、中國醫院數字圖書館期刊全文庫(1989年1月-2009年1月)有關中藥及其制劑致腎損害的文獻報道,檢索出42篇有關致腎損害的報道,排除重復報道共收集病例數190例。將相關內容進行排序、歸類、綜合性分析。

2調查結果

2.1性別與年齡分布

在所收集的190例腎損害報告中,男84例(占44.21%),女106例(占55.79%)。年齡最小的為10天,最大的為84歲,服藥時間為1天-30年?！?br>
