每個人都渴望擁有一個幸福的家庭，身為晚輩，都希望父母為自己分擔(dān)不快和憂愁。可是，如果有一天，當(dāng)我們的父母不快樂時，我們該做些什么呢？以下是王寧的叔叔給他的建議：

Wang Ning is a boy of fifteen. He is a clever boy. He is very helpful and hardworking. He is very kind. But one day he wrote to his uncle who is working in Beijing and asked him how to deal with the situation when his parents quarrel with each other. Here is the e-mail from his uncle.

My nephew，

Glad to receive your e-mail. You asked me what you should do when your parents quarrel with each other. You feel very sad and angry. I don’t think it helps. It may be very terrible for you. Here are some tips（建議）.They may be helpful to you.

1.If your parents often quarrel with each other， leave them alone.You can do your favorite things. We must learn to face somthing. Be strong and do something to change it.

2.Look for a friend. Tell him your feelings. Don’t keep all to yourself.

3.After your parents make up（和好）， tell them that you feel sad and angry. They will probably try not to quarrel or fight.

4.If they begin to break glasses， chairs， or fight with each other， you should stay far.

5.If you need help， call your grandparents， aunts， or other relatives. You can also call your neighbors.

6.If both of your parents ask you who is right， never say one of them is wrong. Either of them will feel so sorry to hear that.（他們中有一人聽到這些會感到難過。）

7.You can write a letter to your parents.
