1. 你妹妹長(zhǎng)什么樣？

誤：What does your sister like?

正：What does your sister look like?

析：當(dāng)詢問(wèn)某人的外貌特征時(shí)，應(yīng)用句型“What do/does+主語(yǔ)+look like?”，其中l(wèi)ike是介詞，短語(yǔ)look like的意思是“看上去像……”。例如：

She looks like her mother.她看上去像她媽媽。

2. 你認(rèn)識(shí)那個(gè)戴眼鏡的女孩嗎？

誤：Do you know the girl has glasses?

正：Do you know the girl with glasses?

析：此處要用介詞with來(lái)表示“戴”的意思，作伴隨狀語(yǔ)，放在所修飾的詞后面。

3. 你哥哥會(huì)講英語(yǔ)嗎？

誤：Can your brother say English?

正：Can your brother speak English?

析：say的意思是“說(shuō)、講”，強(qiáng)調(diào)所說(shuō)的內(nèi)容。而speak作“說(shuō)、講”時(shí)，強(qiáng)調(diào)說(shuō)話的能力；說(shuō)某種語(yǔ)言時(shí)，要用speak。例如：

Please say it again.請(qǐng)?jiān)僬f(shuō)一遍。

4. 教室里沒(méi)有人。

誤：There are nobody in the classroom.

正：There is nobody in the classroom.

析：nobody是不定代詞，意思是“沒(méi)有人”，含有否定意義，作主語(yǔ)時(shí)，謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞要用單數(shù)形式。

5. 我認(rèn)為你不對(duì)。

誤：I think you are not right.

正：I dont think you are right.

析：I think后面接一個(gè)句子（叫賓語(yǔ)從句）作賓語(yǔ)時(shí)，若該句子為否定的，一般要否定主句，而不否定從句。

6. 我想要一些西紅柿。

誤：Id like some tomatos.

正：Id like some tomatoes.

析：tomato的復(fù)數(shù)形式是在詞尾加上es構(gòu)成。

7. 你想要多大碗的面條？

誤：How size bowl of noodles would you like?

正：What size bowl of noodles would you like?

析：size的意思是“大小、尺寸”，可與what連用，而不可與how連用。

8. 我想吃雞肉和帶洋白菜的面條。

誤：Id like chicken or cabbage noodles.

正：Id like chicken and cabbage noodles.

析：在肯定句中表示并列成分的列舉，要用and；在疑問(wèn)句和否定句中并列成分的列舉要用or。

9. 你想要哪種面條？

誤：What kinds of noodles would you like?

正：What kind of noodles would you like?

析：kind與what連用時(shí)，要用單數(shù)形式。

10. 我喜歡牛肉西紅柿面條。

誤：I like beef and tomatoes noodles.

正：I like beef and tomato noodles.

析：名詞作定語(yǔ)時(shí)，一般要用單數(shù)形式。

11. 他喜歡吃雞肉。

誤：He likes eating chickens.

正：He likes eating chicken.

析：chicken作不可數(shù)名詞時(shí)，意思是“雞肉”，沒(méi)有復(fù)數(shù)形式；chicken用作可數(shù)名詞時(shí)，意思是“雞”，有復(fù)數(shù)形式。
