《國際人才交流》中英文雙語欄目稿約

本刊從今年下半年增設中英文雙語欄目，邀請外國專家用英文撰寫稿件，講述他們在中國工作和生活的故事，闡述他們對中國的觀點，提供國際人才培養和交流相關建議，并由本刊翻譯成中文，雙語刊登。為了進一步豐富雙語內容，現特向各外國專家聘請單位和外國專家約英文稿件如下：

1．主題

a.外國專家在中國的故事和感受；

b.外國專家對于國際人才培養和交流的看法和建議；

c.外國專家對中國經濟社會發展的觀點及相關建議（尤其是自己所從事的領域）；

d.外國專家在華工作生活常識及注意事項等。

2．每篇文章配圖2-3張（附圖片說明）

3．字數以1000-1500字為宜

International Talent Monthly is a monthly journal for the field of human resources. The magazine describes foreigners' living and working in China， and introduces the Friendship Award winners' contribution to China. The magazine covers the lasted talent flow trend and talent exchange between countries. Its website is www.wetalent.com.

Now we have a bilingual column (English and Chinese)， Foreigner in China， and expect articles written by the foreigners themselves telling their own stories in China， the English native writer is perfect.

Are you interested in writing your life in china， what makes you excited? What impresses you? What frustrates you? How do you think of these problems and solve them? If your article is interesting， we would like to translate it into Chinese and publish both the English and Chinese editions， and about 1，000-1，500 words and 2-3 pictures for an article is perfect.

If you like， you can write anything about China， or you can choose the following topics:

a. Your Stories and Feeling about China. For example， how do you deal with the culture shock? How do you learn Chinese? How do you solve the problems you encountered in China? What kind of phenomenon in China surprised you or made you a mess， how do you see these

b. Your Idea and Suggestion about Human Resources' Cultivation and Development. For example， how do you think about China's education system， its foreign language education or the talent training in your field

c. Your Idea and Suggestion about China's Economic and Social Development and Problems? (especially the development of your field in China)

d. Your Experience about Working in China and Suggestions for Foreigners' looking for Job in China.
