英文數字中的“ａｎｄ”

在表達數目時，漢語與英語之間有較大差異。特別是在英語數字中常常要使用“and”一詞，這在漢語中是見不到的。
一般來講，“and”一詞在英語數字中只加在“hundred”后面，即：凡遇到英文“百”字，后面就要加上“and”。在幾千的后面，可直接接上幾百；但千數后面如果無百數，只有個位或十位的數字時，也得用上“and”。例如：
471=four hundred and seventy-one
208=two hundred and eight
3，321=three thousand three hundred and twenty-one
5，022=five thousand and twenty-two
2，006=two thousand and six
12，516=twelve thousand five hundred and sixteen
