On June 19， 2007， the Circular of the Ministry oF Finance and the State Administration of Taxation concerning Lowering the Export Rebate Rates For Some Commodities was published， which finally proved the early minor of tax rebate adjustment to be true. According to the Circular， the export rebate rates for some commodities have been adjusted upon approval of the State Council and the new rates have become in force since July 1，2007.
