In recent years， textile trade has been a hot spot in China's foreign trade.According to the Sino-EU Memorandum on textile， the bilateral quantitative control of ten categories of textiles will be ended by the end of this year， arousing great attention and concerns from the society，especially from those domestic textile enterprises.
