Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Co， LTD， former as Baoding Automobile Fac-tory， was established in 1949. Now， as a backbone of the auto industry in Hebeiand large enterprise of China， is the authorized company to manufacture light-vehicles. In 1991， ZXAUTO was approved by the Chinese govement as a joint venturewith the registered capital of US$30 million and the total assets of US$119 million. Asthe birth place of the first pickup with independent intellectual right of China， it is now amodem pickup and SUV enterprise with independent intellectual right and strong RDability. There are 2300 staffs， a RD center and three plants.
