進行時的多樣性

進行時是最近幾年高考中的常考點，也是學生學習中的難點。主要是因為進行時變化多端，用法多樣，下面就它的用法多樣性結合例題加以闡述，與讀者共享。

進行時由助動詞 be+doing構成， 它的用法多樣性主要表現在以下五方面:

一.進行性

進行性是進行時的最基本用法，表示現在(說話的瞬間)正在進行或發生的動作。如:

I1) Look! the monkey is climbing the banana tree.

2) I haven’t accepted his suggestion yet. l’m still consideringit.

例題 A new cinema ________ here. They hope to finish it next month.

A. will be built B. is built C. has been built D. is being built

析:答案是D。所提供的情景They hope to finish it next month.說明電影院還在建設之中，要用現在進行時。

二.暫時性

暫時性是進行時最經常的用法，是指暫時性的事件和暫時性的狀態。表示當前一段時間內的活動或現階段正在進行的動作(說話是動作不一定正在進行)。如:

1) How are you getting along with your English these days?

2) We are preparing for the meeting to be held next Friday now.

例題1)Selecting a mobile phone for personal use is no easy task because the technology ________ so rapidly.

A. is changing

B. has changed

C. will have changed

D. will change

析:答案是A。表示這種情況正在進行，并強調仍未完成這一概念。

2) I don’t really work here， I ________ until the new secretary arrives.

A. just help out

析:答案為C.所提供的情境是 I don’t really work here，言外之意是我在這兒只是暫時幫忙。

三. 將來性

進行時可以用來指 按計劃、安排即將發生的動作，常用于go， start， set out， leave， reach， arrive， return， come， move， stay， get， take off等位移動詞.如:

1) How long are you staying in Xi’an?

2) How are you getting there?

例題1)I’ve won a ticket for two weeks to Florida. I ________ my mum.

A. am taking B. have taken C. take D. will have taken

析:答案是A，該動作尚未發生，表示一種計劃、打算、安排要發生的事情。

四.習慣性

進行時與always， forever， all the time， constantly等副詞連用時，進行時可以表示說話人現在對主語的行為表 “贊嘆、厭煩、不滿，責備” 等感情色彩，如:

1) You shouldn’t be always translating English into your own language while learning English.

2) The little boy is forever asking silly questions.

3)He is always asking me for money.

例題

析:答案是A.表示一種責備的語氣.

五.反復性

進行時還可以表示暫時性與重復性的結合。表示在一定的時間內反復進行或一直進行的動作。如:
