Four， there are hidden troubles in thequality control of raw materials of on-the-spot food processing， Five，some supermarkets want to keep their price advantage in the competi7tion and don't want to lower their gross profit， so they just lower thepurchase price， and ignore the quality control of suppliers， food. Basedon these， Xu Aijia reminds the chain retailing companies that they shouldavoid the domino effect and \"collective suicide\" caused by the care-lessness and mistakes of one or two shops.
